Effect Of Electroacupuncture At Different Time Intervals On The Patients With Wind Phlegm And Blood Stasis Type Of Acute Ischemic Stroke

Objective:Compare observation the difference of curative effect between electroacupuncture treatment two times a day and electroacupuncture treatment one time a day on the wind phlegm and blood stasis type acute ischemic stroke patients, and inical nerve function defect score, daily life ability scale score, blood rheology and so on, to study the therapeutic effect of different acupuncture interval time on the treatment of ischemic stroke, in order to provide a new basis for the clinical treatment of the disease.Methods:60 cases of acute ischemic stroke with wind phlegm and blood stasis syndrome are randomly divide into two groups,30 cases in two times a day and one time a day. The two groups are treate with conventional Western medicine, on this basis, electroacupuncture treatment two time for two times a day group,other group for lectroacupuncture treatment one time,30 minutes each time,6 days for a course of treatment, rest one day, and then continue to the next course of treatment, a total of two courses of treatment,14 days. The two groups of patients are in the treatment of the same day, after one courses of treatment, the treatment of two courses are evaluated for the degree of clinical neurological impairment score and daily life ability scale score, before and after treatment, the indexes of hemorheology are measure, and use nimodipine treatment compare the clinical effect of two methods, the date using SPSS 17.0 professional software make statistical analysis.Results:1. From the clinical neurological defect score and the daily life ability score indict that after 2 courses of treatment, the efficacy of the two groups of patients before and after treatment are different(P<0.05); but in the total score of neurological deficits and the total score of daily living ability in the two groups there is no significant statistical significance (P>0.05);2.From the index of clinical nerve function defect,the two groups of patients’s change with facial, staring eyes, and walking ability no significant difference, language, upper limb muscle strength, hand muscle strength and lower limb muscle strength have statistically significant;3.From the index of daily life ability, the two groups of patients’s changes with eat, modify, transfer, the toilet have statistical significance(P<0.05),bath,walk, up and down stairs,wear off clothes and other changes have no statistical significance(P>0.05);4.1n terms of total efficiency, the total effective rate is 86.66% in two times of daily electroacupuncture treatment,daily electroacupuncture treatment for one time is 46.67%,and the difference have statistically significant (P<0.05);5. From blood rheology, compared with the treatment before and after treatment in each group, electroacupuncture treatment one time a day can Obvious improve Erythrocyte Rigidity Index and Plasma Viscosity and have statistical significance(P<0.05), electroacupuncture treatment two times a day can improve Plasma Viscosity, Erythrocyte Aggregation Index, Erythrocyte Sedimentation Rate, Red Cell Deformation ability(P<0.05);Comparison between the two groups, after 2 courses of treatment, the changes of the indicators are statistically significant (P<0.05).Conclusion:1. Electroacupuncture treatment one time a day and electroacupuncture treatment two times a day are can improve total neurological deficits, totai daily life ability and abnormal blood rheology in patients with ischemic stroke, and no adverse reaction,indicate two time interval electroacupuncture treatment are can treat acute ischemic stroke and safety and effectiveness;2.Compare with one time a day,acupuncture treatment two times a day can improve total e-ffective rate,improve muscle strength of the body and language,improve partial daily life ability, such as eat, modify, transfer, the toilet and other changes;but there have limitations, it alsohows that the acupuncture effect need to stimulate the accumulation of the amount,if continue to exte-nd the course of treatment, other nerve function defect and daily ilfe ability of sroke impatie-nts can have more comprehensive;3.Electroacupuncture treatment two times a day can more improve unbalance blood rheolo-gy for Stroke patients,can improve the unbalance of Plasma Viscosity, Erythrocyte Sedimentati-on Rate,Hematocrit etal,improve the blood state of the sticky coagulation, improve blood circula-tion, increase blood supply, and promote the recovery of neural function of the defect.Acupuncture treatment two times a day and one time a day are can improve the inical nerve function defect score, daily life ability scale score and adjust various index of blood rheology on the wind phlegm and blood stasis type ischemic stroke patients,althought two treatment methods no difference for inical nerve function defect totai score and daily life ability scale total score,but in inical efficiency, muscle strength of the body, language,eat, modify, transfer, the toilet and so on of acupuncture treatment two times a day better then one time a day.
