Objective:Observing Xiaozhang Decoction abdominal distension patients with tracheal intubation time correlation with breathing machine.Method:Meets the criteria for the diagnosis of 40 patients with the method of randomized divided into experimental group and control group,20 cases in each group.Each patient according to disease condition to choose the appropriate breathing patterns,according to the condition need to adjust the breathing machine parameter setting,the control to conventional western medicine treatment: Domperidone Tablets 10 mg,nasal feeding,Q8 H.Experimental group was given traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)Xiaozhang Decoction boiling water 100 ml,two in the morning and evening medication.Observation group and control group before and after treatment of traditional Chinese medicine symptom integral,intra-abdominal pressure,intestinal peristalsis(bowel sounds recovery time)of change and the time of tracheal intubation.Result:Experimental group and treatment group before and after treatment,Chinese medicine symptom integral,have different levels of intra-abdominal pressure level is reduced,intestinal peristalsis function to get the corresponding improvement,but the experimental group were significantly better than the control group in various aspects,average intubation time shorter than the control group and test group,decannulation rate is higher than control group.Conclusion: Xiaozhang Decoction can improve abdominal distension,promote the recovery of gastrointestinal function,to shorten the time of tracheal intubation,improve the success rate of the tube drawing than conventional western medicine treatment curative effect is remarkable.
