Research For The Treatment Of UC (Activity) Basing On The Hypothesis Of "Poison Damage Of Intestinal Vention" Jiawei Wude

Objective: According to the“poison damage of intestinal collaterals”hypothesis,observe the clinical curative effect of retention enema with Qinteng Yuyang and the joint Jiawei Wude flavored oral to treat active stage of ulcerative colitis(mild-to-moderate active endoretention of damp heat) in order to revealing traditional Chinese medicine treatment of advantage and provide new ideas for clinical treatment of the disease.Methods: UC activity of 60 patients met the inclusion criteria, were randomly divided into two groups: the control group of 30 patients, given mesalazine(Ai Disha) oral, 1g/4 times a day; Experimental group of 30 patients, given Jiawei Wude flavored oral, one day, and the joint retention enema with Qinteng Yuyang every night. Two weeks is a course, two courses of each interval of 2 days, patients were treated for three months totally. After the end of treatment,record single and total symptom scores changes, syndrome of Chinese Medicine, comprehensive curative effect, colonoscopy mucosal lesions,disease activity index as well as drug safety.Then use the SPSS 17.0 statistical software to analyze the results.Results: Experimental group is better than the control group such as diarrhea,purulent blood then, abdominal distension,tenesmus,fever and total symptom scores changes, the two groups was statistically difference(p<0.05).While no statistically difference was found in the anus hot,sou red symptoms((P>0. 05). Syndrome of Chinese Medicine, comprehensive curative effect were significantly improved,and experimental group is better than the control group, which was statistically difference((p<0.05). In terms of Mayo score,the two groups were improved compared with the previous,and experimental group is better than the control group((p<0.05) Experimental group is still better than the control group in the microscopic mucosa lesion in curative effect,which was statistically difference((p<0.05). No obvious adverse reaction occurred of two groups during the experiment.Conclusion:According to the“poison damage of intestinal collaterals” hypothesis, retention enema with Qinteng Yuyang and the joint Jiawei Wude flavored oral to treat ulcerative colitis(mild-to-moderate active?endoretention of damp heat)have its unique advantages in improving a lot of subjective feeling of discomfort and colonoscopy under mucosa pathological changes such as improving the objective indicators. It suggests that treatment of UC has obvious advantages of traditional Chinese medicine.Besides,it is safty and reliable in clinical application.
