Clinical Observation Of "Yinhuang Shuangjie Decoction" In Relieving The Hot Wind Hot Cold In Children

Objective:To observe the effect of“Yinhuang Shuangjie Decoction”treatment of the Hot Wind Cold Symptom in Children of clinical efficacy.Methods : 120 cases of children who caught the hot wind cold symptom,using randomized controlled methods are divided into treatment group and control group,treatment group 90 cases,use of“Yinhuang Shuangjie Decoction”(Honeysuckle,Scutellaria baicalensis georgi,Fructus forsythiae,Phragmites communis,Mint,Cortex moutan,White batryticated silkworm,Periostracum cicada,Rheum officinale,Hovenia dulcis,The focal betel nut,Fried radish seed,Licorice) treatment,30 cases of the control group,with Pediatric Chiqiao clearing heat Granule(Dhi sichuan pharmaceutical co.Approved by the government Z20050154),To bring down a fever or giving fluid infusion is necessity for the treatment.Three days after the first treatment course,analysis to evaluate the dfficacy of the two groups.Results:Improvements in the treatment group in main symptoms integral is better than the control group.Secondary symptom integral improvement is better than that in control group.The treatment of the disease and control group,respectively the total effective rate 95.6%, 86.7%.Difference between the two groups statistically significant.Treatment group was superior to control group.Conclusion : The results indicate that clinical aspects of the “Yinhuang Shuangjie Decoction”,in treating children with Hot Wind Cold Symptom,improved dramatically.
