Clinical Observation Of Self-designed Sanhanchubi Decoction In The Treatment Of Knee Osteoarthritis (Wind-cold-dampness Syndrome)

Objective: To observe and evaluate the efficacy of sanhanchubi decoction in the treatment of knee osteoarthritis(wind-cold-dampness-arthralgia),analyze its basis and characteristics,and explore efficient and safe TCM treatment scheme,so as to provide corresponding clinical reference materials for the future treatment of such patients.Methods: To observe and treat 72 cases of knee osteoarthritis(wind-cold-dampness-arthralgia syndrome)patients treated in the outpatient department of changchun university of traditional Chinese medicine from January 2018 to December 2018.Patients who met the inclusion criteria were randomly divided into the treatment group and the control group with 36 patients in each group.The treatment group took sanhan chubi decoction for 4 weeks,and the control group took chubi zhitong capsule for 4 weeks.By comparing the WOMAC knee function score,JOA treatment effect score and TCM efficacy evaluation before and after the first treatment course and the overall treatment of the two groups of patients,the data were analyzed,and adverse reactions were recorded and analyzed.Results: After the end of the first course of treatment,the P value of the comparison before and after the treatment in both groups was less than 0.05,and the symptoms of the two groups were effectively improved.In addition,the comparison of the inter-group efficacy WOMAC score P=0.002 and the inter-group JOA score P=0.040 was less than 0.05,indicating that the symptom improvement degree of the treatment group was greater than that of the control group after the first course of treatment.After the end of the second course of treatment,the P value of the comparison between the two groups before and after treatment and between the groups was less than 0.05,indicating that the symptoms of the two groups were improved before and after treatment,and there was no significant difference in the treatment effect.In the TCM efficacy score,there were 7 invalid patients in the treatment group and 6 invalid patients in the control group,and the total effective rate was 80.6% and 83.3%,respectively.Non-parametric test was performed in the two groups,p=0.07>0.05,and there was no significant difference in the total therapeutic rate between the two groups.Conclusion: Sanhan chubi decoction and zhuifeng tougu capsule have good clinical effect in treating patients with fenghanshi bi syndrome of knee osteoarthritis,and sanhan chubi decoction is more effective than zhuifeng tougu capsule.Green safety is worthy of clinical reference.
