The Clinical Research Of Xuanfeizhike Decoction For The Treatment Of Wind-cold Attacking Lung Type's Exogenous Cough In Children

Objective:Objective to evaluate the clinical effect of Xuan Fei Zhike Decoction in the treatment of wind-cold attacking lung Type's exogenous cough in childrenMethods:In 60 cases of cough in children with sense of cold pulmonary passage as the object of study,a randomized controlled trial,with xuanfeizhike decoction as treatment group,Ambroxol Hydrochloride and Clenbuterol Hydrochloride Oral Solution group,30 cases in each group,were administered for 5 days,to observe the symptoms and signs of changes and differences between the two groups before and after treatment,and the use of statistical software SPSS17.0 of all the experimental data were statistically analyzed.Results:(1)After 5 days of treatment,the curative effect was evaluated.The results showed that the total effective rate of the treatment group was 93.3%,and the total effective rate of the control group was 80%.The treatment group and control group in the total efficiency of rank sum test,the data of the two groups had significant difference(P < 0.05),indicating the overall effect is better than Ambroxol Hydrochloride and Clenbuterol Hydrochloride Oral Solution xuanfeizhike Decoction in treating cough of wind cold attacking the lung type.(2)There was no significant difference in t test between the two groups before treatment.There was no difference in the scores of each symptom and sign between the two groups(P > 0.05),indicating that there was no difference between the scores of individual symptoms and signs before treatment.After inspection,after 5 days of treatment,the treatment group of patients with cough,expectoration,nasal congestion and runny nose,sore throat pharyngeal itching symptom scores than the control group had significant difference(P < 0.05),but the two groups had no significant difference in pharyngeal symptoms,signs integral comparison of signs on(P > 0.05),said that the cough.Sputum,nasal mucus,treatment of pharyngalgia and other symptoms and signs,the treatment group than the control group of drug efficacy;pharynx signs,pulmonary symptoms improved,no difference between the two groups of drug efficacy,results quite.Conclusion:(1)Xuanfei Zhike Decoction has a better clinical efficacy in the treatment of pediatric exogenous cough and wind-cold lung disease.The total effective rate is 93.33%,which is better than the therapeutic effect of ambroxol oral solution(total effective rate 80.00%);(2)Xuanfei Zhike Decoction is superior to Ambroxol oral solution in improving the symptoms and signs of cough,cough,nasal congestion,and pharyngeal itching in children with exogenous cough.
