The Clinical Inspect Of Fengfu Yamen Being The Main Points To Treat Ischemic Stroke Recovery

Objective:Observe the clinical efficacy of Fengfu Yamen being the main points to treat ischemic stroke recovery.Methods:In the stroke diagnosis and curative effect evaluation standard,the cerebral infarction and cerebral hemorrhage combine traditional Chinese and western medicine diagnosis standard of 75 patients with ischemic stroke recovery period.Using randomized controlled design,using the method of random Numbers table patients were randomly divided into experimental group and the control group.Remove off cases,patients eventually collected 31 cases,control group eventually collected 29 cases.Control group using wesTern medicine comprehensive treatment in combination with rehabilitation treatment, experimental group adopted is given priority to with the wind mansion yamen acupuncture point acupuncture treatment and rehabilitation.Both groups used the Fugl-Meyer assessment act, "stroke diagnosis and curative effect evaluation standard" as the criteria,and the score results statistical analysis;Collected blood samples before and after treatment in both groups do superoxide dismutase(SOD),malondialdehyde(MDA) and biochemical detection,biochemical indicators in accord with normal distribution do t test,if do not conform to the normal distribution as a nonparametric test.Results:(1)the control group and experimental group in age,sex,degree of nerve function defect score difference has no statistical significance;(2)the control group and experimental group therapy before stroke diagnosis score comparison,comparison of movement function score before treatment were 15.83±5.29, and 16.54±5.12,135.68±15.76 and 136.32±16.13 the comparison between the two groups,p>0.05,there was no statistically significant difference;(3)control group and experimental group after treatment curative effect evaluation of comparison,for Fugl-Meyer score comparison after treatment,p<0.05,the difference was statistically significant.Conclusion:Give priority to with Fengfu Yamen the clinical curative effect of acupuncture treatment of ischemic stroke recovery significantly.
