| Objective:Measuring the secure depths and angles of Yamen acupoint with three-dimensional positioning MRI to provide the reference datas of secure depths and angles for clinic.Methods:To select 20 younger volunteers who are 11 men and 9 women,they are all right handedness,the volunteers are from 22 to 29 years old and average years old is 26.4±1.54.Measure their weight,body height,neck collar,thum-individual cun,according to the standard of body mass index(BMI)=body weight(kg)/height2(m2) to bring into researched person, scan section with MRI in 0.5T which layer thickness is 5mm and space between layers is 0.5mm,use the T1WI.Every volunteer is in dorsaling position,in base of the three-dimensional image scan a horizontal position which is a horizontal section paralled with the floor of skull gone through the Yamen acupoint;A anteroposterior axes which is a vertical section gone through the Yamen acupoint;①The horizontal position:to measure the shortest depth from the Yamen acupoint to the spinal dural;The biggest depths and angles from the acupoint to the left spinal dural,the right spinal dural respectively.②The anteroposterior axes:to measure the biggest depths and angles from the acupoint to the behind and down direction of the FM,the up direction of the PAA,the lowest direction of the PAA,the uppest direction of the spinous process of axis respectively.Calculate the safe depth:safe depth≤the average dangerous depth×75%,the datas obtained are dealed and analyzed by the software of SPSS16.0 in the computer.Results:1.The horizontal position:Men's vertical dangerous depth and the safe depth are 49.27±4.52mm and 36.95±3.39mm respectively; Women's vertical dangerous depth and the safe depth are 39.89±3.86mm and 29.92±2.90mm respectively.Men's dangerous deptlu the safe depth and the angle in the direction of left from the acupoint to the spinal dura mater are 59.64±7.37mm,44.73±5.53mm and 12.00±1.790 respectively;Women's dangerous depth,the safe depth and the angle in the direction of left from the acupoint to the spinal dura mater are 49.78±6.55mm,37.34±4.91mm and 14.56±3.170 respectively.Men's dangerous depth,the safe depth arid the angle in the direction of right from the acupoint to the spinal dura mater are 59.73±7.44mm,44.80±5.58mm and 11.64±1.960 respectively;Women's dangerous depth,the safe depth and the angle in the direction of right from the acupoint to the spinal dura mater are 49.89±6.41mm,37.42±4.81mm and 13.78±2.590 respectively.2.The anteroposterior axes:Men's dangerous depth,the safe depth and the angle in the direction of acupuncturing from the acupoint to the FM are 45.91±6.11mm,34.43±4.58mm and 24.45±6.020 respectively;Women's dangerous depth,the safe depth and the angle in the direction of acupuncturing from the acupoint to the FM are 38.89±5.06mm,29.17±3.80mm and 35.22±8.240 respectively.Men's dangerous depth,the safe depth and the angle in the direction of acupuncturing from the acupoint to the upper PAA are 48.91±6.22mm,36.68±4.67mm and 1 7.91±4.460 respectively;Women's dangerous depth,the safe depth and the angle in the direction of acupuncturing from the acupoint to the upper PAA are 42.89±8.22mm,32.17±6.17mm and 21.44±6.560 respectively.Men's dangerous depth,the safe depth and the angle in the direction of acupuncturing from the acupoint to the lower PAA are 49.64±6.38mm,37.23±4.79mm and 6.36±2.380 respectively;Women's dangerous depth,the safe depth and the angle in the direction of acupuncturing from the acupoint to the lower PAA are 41.11±6.31mm,30.83±4.73mm and 7.89±3.860 respectively.Men's dangerous depth,the safe depth and the angle in the direction of acupuncturing from the acupoint to the upper spinous process of axis are 51.46±7.69mm,38.60±5.77mm and 5.91±3.020 respectively;Women's dangerous depth,the safe depth and the angle in the direction of acupuncturing from the acupoint to the upper spinous process of axis are 41.56±5.27mm,31.17±3.95mm and 7.22±2.490 respectively.3.Men's vertical dangerous depth has relativity with body height(r=0.733,P<0.05),the regression equation Y=-51.619+58.503X;has relativity with weight(r=0.728,P<0.05),the regression equation Y=13.51+0.57X;has relativity with neck collar(r=0.660,P<0.05),the regression equation Y=1.02+1.32X;has no relativity with BMI and thum-individual cun.Women's vertical dangerous depth has no relativity with body height,weight,neck collar,BMI,thum-individual cun(P> 0.05).4.Men's vertical safe depth has relativity with body height(r=0.733,P<0.05),the regression equation Y=-38.714+43.878X;has relativity with weight(r=0.768,P<0.05),the regression equation Y=10.13+0.43X;has relativity with neck collar(r=0.660,P<0.05),the regression equation Y=0.76+0.99X;has no relativity with BMI and thum-individual cun.Women's vertical safe depth has no relativity with body height,weight,neck collar,BMI,thum-individual cun(P>0.05).Conclusions:1.Men's vertical dangerous depth and safe depth acupuncturing Yamen are both larger than women's.2.Men's oblique needling dangerous depth and safe depth acupuncturing Yamen in the direction of left or right from the acupoint to the spinal dura mater are both larger than women's.3.women's angles acupuncturing Yamen in the direction of left or right from the acupoint to the spinal dura mater are both larger than men's.4.Men's oblique needling dangerous depth and safe depth acupuncturing Yamen in the direction of acupuncturing from the point to the FM,the upper PAA,the lower PAA,the upper spinous process of axis are all larger than women's.5.women's angles acupuncturing Yamen in the direction of acupuncturing from the point to the FM are larger than men's.6.Men's vertical dangerous and safe depths have relativity with body height,weight,neck collar,have no relativity with BMI,thum-individual cun.7.Women's vertical dangerous and safe depths all have no relativity with the body height,weight,neck collar,BMI and thum-individual cun.
