The Clinical Research On Pseudobulbar Palsy After Stroke With "Fengfu And Yamen" For Master Points

Objective:Observation is given priority to with Fengfu and Yamen point acupuncture treatment the clinical effect of the treatment of bulbar paralysis after stroke, for acupuncture treatment of false bulbar paralysis after stroke to provide clinical basis.Methods:Select 60 patients with pseudobulbar paralysis after stroke, according to admission order were randomly divided into experimental group and control group,30 cases in each group. Experimental group adopted mainly wind house, ya men acupuncture point acupuncture therapy, acupuncture 1 times a day, six times a week, and 1 week for 1 course of treatment, observation 2 course of treatment. Control group treated by routine western medicine, six times a week, and 1 week for 1 course of treatment, observation 2 course of treatment. And the two groups before and after treatment in patients with swallowing function, speech function, clinical curative effect, hemorheology low cut whole blood viscosity, high shear whole blood viscosity and plasma viscosity index for observation and analysis.Results:1. The clinical efficacy of aspects:treatment group effective rate was 96.67%, the control effectiveness 80%, treatment group is better than that of control group, the difference was statistically significant (P< 0.05).2. Swallowing and speech functions:the two groups before treatment had no obvious difference (P> 0.05), treatment has significant difference before and after treatment (P< 0.05), two groups have significant difference (P< 0.05), the experimental group is better than the control group.3. Blood rheology:the two groups after treatment, low cut and high cut whole blood viscosity were obviously improved than before treatment (P< 0.05), treatment group improved better than the control group (P< 0.05);Two groups of blood viscosity is obviously improved compared to that before treatment (P< 0.05), the experimental group and the control group there was no significant difference (P> 0.05).Conclusion:Treatment group curative effect is superior to control group, display is given priority to with Fengfu and Yamen point acupuncture treatment of false bulbar paralysis stroke curative effect indeed.
