| Purpose:Coronary heart disease incidence increased year by year,a serious threat to human life and health.With the advances in medical technology,many new therapies in clinical widely used,more and more patients with coronary artery disease to treat.Treatment of coronary heart disease and people are no longer satisfied with the onset relieve symptoms,but improved overall recovery of health and quality of life,prevent and reduce the incidence and mortality.Treatment and rehabilitation can facilitate the establishment of collateral circulation in ischemic myocardium,coronary flow reserve and improve athletic ability.The Chinese medicine oral law and practice exercises together,deal with the current method of internal medicine syndromes of coronary disease characteristics exercises combined with traditional Chinese medicine theory of meridians and acupoints to form a meridian,acupuncture,Chinese medicine rehabilitation therapy drugs Trinity,through the effect assessment,exploring new methods of rehabilitation medicine stable angina.Method:Select coronary heart disease in patients with stable angina pectoris 66 cases meet the criteria,divided into two groups(control group,the treatment group),the two groups are given in conventional western medicine treatment group in conjunction with rehabilitation exercise drill rules Yixincao.Result:Two patients with chest pain and tightness in improving symptoms,symptom scores were not significantly different,but the treatment group in diastolic blood pressure,resting heart rate,6-minute walk test,a 1 minute heart rate reserve were significantly improved(P<0.05),effect than the control group.Conclusion:Yixincao in Chinese medicine rehabilitation stable angina(blood stasis)compared with drug therapy alone improve patient events on tolerance and quality of life is more obvious,reduce symptoms and increase activity tolerance,improve quality of life and without any side effects,the treatment may be back in the family,with great research and promotional value. |
