Clinical Study Of Wenshen Jiedu Tongluo Dao Xie Therapy In Treating Diabetes Nephropathy (Pishenyangxu Stasis Toxic Syndrome)

Purpose: Through clinical observation and Study on the system,select patients with syndrome of diabetes nephropathy of spleen and kidney deficiency and Blood Stasis Toxin,supplement ginseng renal elimination of decoction of Chinese medicine decoction with mentor commonly used prescription,objective evaluation of the clinical efficacy,safety,provide a new thinking and treatment methods for the clinical treatment of diabetes nephropathy.Method: 60 cases of patients in the clinic and the endocrine therapy area of Changchun University of Traditional Chinese Medicine affiliated hospital were randomly divided into two groups: treatment group and control group,30 cases in each group.For all patients require a strict diet control,and was treated with basal insulin,blood pressure and other symptomatic treatment,the treatment group treated with supplement ginseng renal elimination of ANN Decoction Decoction and the control group was treated with haikunshenxi capsule.1 courses of treatment for 4 weeks,the treatment group and the control group were treated for 2 courses.Result:Supplement ginseng renal elimination of an Decoction in the treatment of diabetes nephropathy of spleen kidney deficiency and Blood Stasis Toxin syndrome patients with 30 cases,the total efficiency of 80.0% and control group the total efficiency was 63.3%,after a statistical treatment,P < 0.05,with significant difference,the treatment group to improve clinical symptoms,lowering blood sugar,reduce urinary protein,decrease 24 h urine protein was significantly better than the control group.Conclusion: Ginseng supplement renal elimination of an decoction can improve diabetes nephropathy of spleen kidney deficiency and Blood Stasis Toxin syndrome in patients with clinical symptoms and glucose metabolism were obtained satisfactory curative effect,curative effect is obviously superior to the control group,as a pure traditional Chinese medicine preparation,no obvious adverse reactions and side effects.Through clinical observation to verify the importance of diabetes nephropathy etiology and pathogenesis of poison damaged kidney collateral,Fuxie film the original theory viewpoint and Tongluo by evil,it is worth in-depth study and application.
