Clinical Study Of JingDi XiaoShenAn Decoction In Treating Diabetic Nephropathy(Ganshenyinxu Stasis Toxic Syndrome)

Object: Choose Ganshenyinxu Stasis toxic syndrome diabetic nephropathy patients by systematic clinical observation,and the patients are treated with professor Nanzheng's decoction.Discuss the decoction's therapeutic mechanism scientifically and objectively.And provide an effective new method of treatment.Method: 60 patients with diabetic nephropathy were selected,which were divided into the treatment group and the control group by the method of random and double blind.All patients were given diabetes education and diabetic nephropathy diet,at the same time to the basic hypoglycemic therapy;hypertension patients were given class ACEI or class ARB antihypertensive drugs.Treatment for 2 months,then the treatment group was given to eliminate fine JingDi XiaoShenAn Decoction 120 ml,3 times a day orally,the control group used Qijudihuang pill,8 pills every time,3 times a day.The treatment group and the control group were treated for 2 months,and the differences between the two groups were observed before and after treatment.Results: The total efficiency of treatment group(80%)than the control group(63.3%),through statistical analysis,P < 0.05,with a significant difference,the treatment group can reduce urinary protein,reduce blood glucose and improve clinical symptoms significantly better than the control group.Conclusion: JingDi XiaoShenAn decoction in the laboratory index of diabetes nephropathy patients with clinical symptoms and the laboratory has achieved satisfactory curative effect,significantly better than the control group Qijudihuangwan,And pure traditional Chinese medicine preparation,less adverse reactions,worthy of promotion.
