Clinical Study On Treatment Of Stage Ⅳ Diabetic Nephropathy(Kidney Stasis Toxic Syndrome) Warming Tongluo Detoxification Of Law

Objective: This topic is to observe the TCM syndrome scores and ALB,BUN,Hb A1 c and 24h-Upro,FPG,and blood creatinine(Scr)of patients with stage Ⅳ diabetic nephropathy(kidney deficiency and blood stasis toxin)treated by the method of warming the kidney,dredging collaterals and detoxification through clinical research.The changes to verify the effectiveness and safety of this therapy.Methods: In this study,a computer-generated random number table method was used to collect a total of 80 cases of patients diagnosed with stage Ⅳ diabetic nephropathy(kidney deficiency and blood stasis toxin)from November 2019 to December 2020 through the Department of Nephrology,Affiliated Hospital of Changchun University of Traditional Chinese Medicine.They were randomly divided into treatment group and control group,with 40 cases in each group.The treatment group was given irbesartan capsules and compound α-keto acid tablets plus Wenshen Tongluo Jiedu decoction orally;the control group was given irbesartan capsules and compound α-keto acid tablets.Using the method of overall comparison of different groups,the two groups were compared in terms of TCM syndrome scores and the changes in 24h-Upro,ALB,FPG,2h PG,BUN、GFR、ALB、Hb A1 c and Scr.Results:1.In terms of the overall effective rate of Western medicine,20(54.1%)patients in the treatment group were markedly effective,11(29.7%)effective,and 6(16.2%)ineffective.The total effective rate was 83.8%,and the control group was markedly effective in 10(27.0%).)Cases,effective 13(35.1%)cases,ineffective 14(37.8%)cases,the total effective rate is 62.1%,indicating that the total clinical effective rate of the treatment group is better than that of the control group,which is statistically significant(P<0.05);In terms of symptoms,the scores of individual syndromes of the two groups were reduced to a certain extent,and the two groups had obvious effects in alleviating fatigue,numbness,edema of lower limbs,soreness of waist and knees,and thirst and drinking preferences(P<0.01)Among them,the treatment group was more effective than the control group in improving fatigue,fatigue and edema of both lower limbs(P<0.05).Both groups had statistical significance before and after treatment(P<0.05),and the treatment group was significantly better than the control group.2.Comparative analysis of the clinical test results of all patients.After treatment,the patients’ ALB increased,BUN,Hb A1 c and 24h-Upro,ALB,FPG,blood creatinine(Scr)and other test results decreased,e GFR increased,and the results were different.,There is statistical significance(P<0.05).3.There were no adverse reactions in the two groups of patients during the treatment process,which proved that the use of warming kidney,dredging collaterals and detoxification method to treat this disease is safe.Conclusion:Warming and dredging collaterals method has achieved a number of clinical symptoms and laboratory indicators related to patient outcomes in a satisfactory stage Ⅳ diabetic nephropathy(kidney and blood stasis toxin),as well as the efficacy and safety are worthy of clinical application.
