Clinical Study Of QiDi XiaoShenAn Decoction In Treating Diabetic Nephropathy(Ganshenyinxu Stasis Toxic Syndrome)

Object: professor Nanzheng have after years in the treatment of diabetes,compiled a set of for therapeutic treatment of diabetes and its complications is an eight method,and the proposed QiDiXiaoShenAn Decoction to eliminate kidney targeted therapy.This topic is based on the clinical efficacy of the self-designed side,to verify its safe and effective use in clinical practice.Method: During the graduate student to teacher study and therapy in clinic area according to syndrome differentiation of traditional Chinese medicine randomly selected in accordance with diabetes,kidney disease,liver and kidney Yin deficiency and blood stasis poison)in patients with 60 cases,make analysis according to different symptoms,according to the principle of double blind and randomized to treatment group and control group according to the proportion of 1:1 allocation.The two groups were given the same diabetic diet table,and simultaneously applied the basic hypoglycemic therapy.The treatment group was given to the QiDiXiaoShenAn Decoction decoction,after the meal 20 minutes of oral,daily,120ml;The control group was treated with 8 pills and 3 times daily.The treatment group and the control group were treated for 1~3 months,and the therapeutic effect was evaluated according to the symptoms of the two groups.Results: Treatment group total effective rate up to 80%,while the control group total effective rate is only 63.3%,after statistics processing,P < 0.05,with significant difference,the treatment group in reducing urinary protein,lowering blood sugar and improve the other symptoms curative effect is better than that in control group.Conclusion: Diabetes nephropathy patients after QiDi XiaoShenAn decoctionto eliminate kidney Ann soup after treatment,patients' clinical symptoms and laboratory tests each index all have improved significantly or disappeared,curative effect is obvious and no adverse reactions,and relatively insufficient in the control group.The therapeutic effect of qi-qi decoction on the treatment of thirst nephropathy is reliable.
