Star Attached To The Soup The Treatment Of Rheumatoid Arthritis Alpine Blockage Of The Certificate Of Clinical Observation

Rheumatoid arthritis(RA) is a kind of mufti-systematically inflammatory autoimmune disease, mainly relating to ambient joints. The reason of the disease is uncertain and its pathologic change is chronic Inflammation of joints, cell infiltration, information of pannus and the erosion of cartilage and bones, which lead to the destruction and dysfunction of joints structure. The treatment of RA aims at relief of pain, prevention of disability,maintenance of joints function and improvement of the standard of patients living. WHO has divided the drugs to treat RA into improving symptoms and controlling the development of disease. It is a golden rule for clinic treatment. However, due to its uncertain pathogeny, there is no specific and pertinent drug. This article has researched the effect and mechanism of the Xingfu decoction used to treat rheumatoid arthritis from the clinical research based on the theory of traditional Chinese medicine and my teacher's academic theory.[Theoretical research] We found that RA is attributable to the scope of Wangbi in TCM, and inherent deficiency of Qi and blood in liver, spleen and kidney is its basic pathogenic factors. Exogenous evil invasion is its important condition. For the past few years it has progressed and showed fixed superiority of the study in treating rheumatoid arthritis by TCM.[Clinical research] Objective: To study the effect and mechanism of the Xingfu decoction used to treat rheumatoid arthritis from the clinical research based on the theory of traditional Chinese medicine. Means: The 40 RA patients that belongs to the Stagnancy of cold-dampness type, divided into 2 groups at random. The controlled group is given basic treatment (MTX 10mg P 1/w,indomethacin 25mg P 3/d,the treat group is given basic treatment and Xingfu decoction. After eight-week, we observe curative effect and the main symptoms and signs. We also test ESR,RF, CRP, Ig, T cell subgroup and TNF-αof patients.Results: The clinical excellence advancement rate is 85.0%, the total effective rate is 95% which significantly surpasses the rate (50%,90%)of control group. Conclusion: Xingfu decoction is safe and effective for treating RA.
