Purpose: The purpose of this study was to explore an effective prescription of Traditional Chinese Medicine to treat children with mesenteric lymphadenitis of mild-food stagnating type by observing the clinical effect of Traditional Chinese Medicine(TCM)Eyuan San.Method: The 30 cases from Jilin Province Chinese Medical Hospital pediatric clinic patients meet the diagnostic criteria of mesenteric lymphadenitis in children as the object of observation,were given treatment of the experience prescription of Prof.Sun Liping.Changes were observed before and after treatment in children with abdominal pain and other secondary symptoms,in before and after treatment of abdominal ultrasonography,and collect the children of tongue,pulse and other information.To establish a database,analysis of data before and after treatment,draws the conclusion.Result: Through the analysis of the results and data,the degree of abdominal pain after treatment was significantly reduced,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);clinical evaluation of diseases,26 cases were cured,4 cases improved,0 cases ineffective,the total effective rate was 100%;evaluation of symptom scores after treatment compared with pre-treatment total score decreased significantly,the difference was statistically significant(P <0.05).Conclusion: Traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)EYuan San can significantly reduce the level of pain in children,improve symptom scores,enabling significantly reduced or enlarged lymph nodes reduction is an effective prescription treatment of mesenteric lymphadenitis in children,worth clinical promotion.
