Chen Fragrant Umbilical Therapy Treatment Of Pediatric Mesenteric Lymphadenitis (Food Retention Syndrome) 30 Cases Of Clinical Observation

Purpose: Observe the efficacy and safety of Chen Xiang umbilical therapy for treating pediatric mesenteric lymphadenitis.To provide a new way to explore the Chinese medicine treatment of mesenteric lymphadenitis in children.Method: The methods of self controlled study before and after design was adopted in the trial,Will meet the diagnostic and inclusion criteria,do not meet the exclusion criteria of the mesenteric lymphadenitis were divided into two groups before and after treatment.Observe and control before and after treatment in patients with clinical symptoms and abdominal ultrasound shown in lymph node size.Result: Through analysis on results and specific data,Chen Xiang umbilical therapy treating pediatric mesenteric lymphadenitis is effective,cured 17 cases,significantly more effective in 8 cases,effective in 4 cases,the total effective rate of 96.7%.There is a significant effect in improving symptoms and reducing enlarged lymph nodes.Conclusion: Chen Xiang umbilical therapy treating pediatric mesenteric lymphadenitis(Lacteal dyspepsia type)is effective,the side effect is small,the patient compliance is high,suitable for clinical application and use for reference.
