Study On Self Health Management Of Parkinson Patients Based On The Perspective Of Active Aging

Purpose :1.Based on the perspective of active aging,development the Parkinson's self health management questionnaire,analysis of the characteristics of different social and demographic characteristics of Parkinson's health status;2.Know the status of Parkinson's self health management and analyze the main factors that affect Parkinson's self health management;3.Explore Parkinson's self health management model,in order to provide a basis for the further development of Parkinson's health management intervention measure.Methods:1.Deliphi expert consultation: based on the literature,qualitative interviews,the preliminary Parkinson's patients self health management questionnaire was developed,through two rounds of expert consultation to determine the reliability and validity of the questionnaire,the final questionnaire was developed.2.Used the cross-sectional study method,adopt the cluster sampling method,Parkinson's patients in the two tertiary hospitals from Jiangxi Province(the First Affiliated Hospital of Nanchang University,Nanchang University the Fourth Affiliated Hospital)in August 2015 to March 2016 was met the inclusion criteria of face-to-face questionnaire survey.Survey tools are the general situation questionnaire,homemade Parkinson's patients self health management questionnaire,then using SPSS17.0 statistical software to collect data for statistical analysis.Results:1.Through two rounds of expert consultation,the Parkinson's self health management questionnaire eventually consists of four dimensions,35 items,which is emotions management dimensions,daily management dimension,medical management dimension,sports management dimension.2.After the survey,Parkinson patients self health management score for patients with Parkinson's self health management score was(61.52± 9.90)points,in a low level.The highest score of the dimension of medical management(20.69±4.79)points,the minimum dimensions of the movement management(13.26± 4.11)single factor.The emotions management dimensions' score is(11.52±2.47),the daily management dimensions' score is(16.05±3.47).By stepwise regression analysis,factors that ultimately influence Parkinson patients self-management ability for living,disease staging,self-care and self-rated health status and ability.Conclusion:1.The establishment of Parkinson's patients self health management each entry of the questionnaire is reasonable,reliable,and closely related the current status of patients with Parkinson's disease.Questionnaire's reliability,validity is good for investigate the Parkinson's patients self health management status.2.Parkinson's patients self health management ability is not high,there are many factors which impact on the self health management.In order to improve the quality of life of patients with Parkinson's disease,reduce the burden of family and society.It is need to increase the disease related knowledge propaganda to patients and their families,improve family support for patients,improve living environment of patients with Parkinson's disease.
