Finding an specialist kind of in the treatment of anal fistula after operation on anorectal, which have Chinese medicine charact eristic, long history, flexible and simple, effective, noside effects and safety method.Methods:All cases are from Hubei province hospital between December 2014 and June 2014 that clinic diagnosis accord with anal fistula patients and operation. After on open wounds the second phase of healing patients.The 80 pati ents are dividing into two groups(treatment group and control group).Treatm ent group using soft firm mixture Wound healing 2 times a day(in the morning and once)and with conventional wound dressing treatm ent. The contro lgroup used compound cortex phellodendri liquid, 10 days for a period of treatment, treatment 2 times. Observing and counting two groups after treatment in patients with wound pain, secretion flowing, anal sphincter function integral, the anus dreinteral wound healing time healing percentage and evaluati ng the various situation of the corresponding time, comparativing analysis of two groups of patients with postop erative improvement of clinical symptoms and cur ative effects.Results: This study:(1)Two groups of patients before treatment of gender, age, duration and the size of the wound, the respect such as operation, which is not significant difference( p>0.05).(2)Two groups in the treatment of 3,7, 10 days after the wound pain score data with significant difference( p< 0.05),while the treatment group reduce pain than the control group.(3) Two groups in the treatment of 3,7,10 days after the wound secretion integral dat a with significant difference( p<0.05),while the treatment group secretion exudation significantly lower than t he control group.(4)Two groups after treatment with 10,14, 21,28 days anal sphincter function integral and anal functi on after statisti csprocessing, an integral data with s ignificant difference(p < 0.05),the treatment group in protecting anal function is better than the control group.(5)Two groups in the treatment of 7,14,21,28 days after wound healing rate data after statis tics processing. Healing the 28 day in both groups, only on numerical the treatment group is better than the control group, while there was no significant difference( p > 0.05);7,14,21 days wound healing rate has significance difference( p<0.05),that the trea tment group wounds heal faster than the control group.(6)Two groups with wound healing time, after s tatisti cs processing has significant difference( p<0.05),the treatment group healing time shorter than the control group.(7)After 50 days t he two groups cure rate with no statistic al difference( p>0.05),the two groups in the total clinical curative effect have no difference.(8)After six months no one relapse in the two groups.
