Objective: By observing and comparing the curative effect of comfrey oil gauze and furancillin gauze on wound healing during anal fistula dressing, the superior efficacy of comfrey oil gauze in dressing change after anal fistula was found to provide guidance for the clinic. Methods: The 60 cases of anal fistula observed in this study were all hospitalized in the Fourth Affiliated Hospital of Xinjiang Medical University from May 2019 to February 2020,and were inpatients who met the inclusion criteria, aged between 17-70 years old, according to the admission The sequence is randomly divided into two groups,30 cases in each group. The patients were randomly divided into two groups according to the order of admission,30 cases in each group. The spinal anaesthesia was performed under spinal anesthesia(subarachnoid anesthesia). All patients were treated with an anorectal surgery and post-operative sitz baths before dressing change. The dressing was cleaned with normal saline cotton balls.Topical dressings of comfrey oil gauze were applied externally, and the control group was treated with furacilin gauze externally.Record the basic information of the patient's age and original area, observe and record the wound granulation tissue growth and wound secretion on the 3days,7days,and 14 days of the postoperative patient, record the number of days of wound healing, and calculate the patient's operation The wound healing rate on the 3days,7days,and 14 days. The recorded data was analyzed by SPSS23.0 software. Results: Before treatment, the age of the two groups of patients and the area of the original wounds were statistically analyzed. There was no statistically significant difference between the two groups of patients. The results showed that the intra-group,inter-group,and interaction effects were statistically significant in the difference of postoperative wound healing rate and wound secretion score, all of which were P <0.05.Differences in postoperative granulation tissue growth scores within and between groups were statistically significant, both of which were P <0.05,while interaction effects in postoperative granulation tissue growth scores were not statistically significant,P interaction = 0.073;The postoperative granulation tissue growth score of the group changes with time, and the experimental group is better than the control group. The difference between the experimental group and the control group's postoperative granulation tissue growth score is statistically significant. Conclusion:Compared with the control group, the topical application of comfrey oil gauze strips in the test group can effectively improve the inflammatory response of the wound, thereby reducing the exudation of secretions, speeding up the decay of local carrion, promoting the growth of fresh granulation tissue, and thereby improving the healing rate, and shorten the healing of wound after operation time, effectively promote the healing of wound after operation of anal fistula, and no significantly toxic and side effect, safety is good,it is worth of clinical application.
