Curative Effect Observation Of Xiaozhihuayu Fumigation Combined With Mild Mioxibustian To Promote Low Simpile Anal Fistula Of Postoperative Wound Healing

Object:Through Xiaozhihuayu fumigation combined with mild moxibustion treatment and Xiaozhihuayu fumigation treatment,mild moxibustion treatment,blank group comparison test and research,observation the traditional moxibustion therapy combined with traditional Chinese medicine fumigation in the low simple anal fistula after operation in promoting wound healing,relieving postoperative pain,reducing exudate clinical curative effect and security,sums up the low simple anal fistula postoperative wound healing of new methods and new ideas.Methods: The 80 patients of low simple anal fistula after surgery who meet the inclusion criteria,were randomly assigned Xiaozhihuayu fumigation combined mild moxibustion group,Xiaozhihuayu fumigation,mild moxibustion group and blank group,each group 20 cases.Xiaozhihuayu fumigation combined with mild moxibustion group using Xiaozhihuayu fumigation for 10 minutes,mild moxibustion Changqiang(GV1),Chengshan(BL57),Tianshu(ST25),Dachangshu(BL25)and the wound 10 minutes;Xiaozhihuayu fumigation group only use Xiaozhihuayu fumigation for 10 minutes;mild moxibustion group mild moxibustion Changqiang(GV1),Chengshan(BL57),Tianshu(ST25),Dachangshu(BL25)and the wound 10 minutes after cleaning the wound;use warm water to wash the blank group.Observation record four groups respectively of patients with general information and 7,14 days of the wound area,wound healing rate,1,7,14 days of the pain VAS score,score exudate and wound healing time.By using the statistical software SPSS13.0 for each data.The quantitative data meet the normal distribution and homogeneity of variance use single factor analysis,the four groups of both two comparison with LSD test;the quantitative data does not meet the normal distribution and homogeneity of variance use the rank and inspection;the qualitative data use chi-square test.Results: Four groups patients general data after statistics analysis,there was no statistically significant difference,data can be compared.Xiaozhihuayu fumigation combined mild moxibustion treatment,Xiaozhihuayu fumigation treatment,mild moxibustion treatment in low simple anal fistula after surgery,reduce postoperative wound area,improve wound healing rate,promote wound healing,relieve pain,reducing exudates,etc all have curative effect,Xiaozhihuayu fumigation combined mild moxibustion treatment curative effect best,Xiaozhihuayu fumigation treatment,mild moxibustion the overall effect of the second,there was no statistically significant difference in both groups.Four groups of safety evaluation indexes have no obvious abnormalities.Conclusion: Low simple anal fistula after surgery using Xiaozhihuayu fumigation combined mild moxibustion treatment has achieved obvious curative effect.Experiment proved that the use of traditional moxibustion therapy together with traditional Chinese medicine fumigation in promoting wound healing,relieving pain,reducing exudate,no obvious side effects.Its operation is simple,economy applicable,and can be used widely in clinical.
