Observation To The Efficacy Of The Dangguiliuhuang Dectotion In Treating Menopausal Syndrome By The Type Of Yin Asthenia And Internal Heat

Objective:Through clinical observation of Danggui Liuhuang Decoction in the treatment of female menopausal syndrome in the clinical curative effect, such as the clinical symptoms, laboratory indicators and related quantities table scores to improve the situation, and with the western medicine control group, and to investigate the effect of Danggui Liuhuang Decoction in the treatment of female perimenopausal syndrome mechanism and its unique advantages.Methods:the patients which are included into our research project must satisfy both the differentiation standard of yin asthenia and internal heat and the diagnostic criteria of menopausal syndrome. The whole patients were divided into the control group with Surazepam and Oryzanol and the treatment group with modified Danggui Liuhuang Decoction. Taking after 4 weeks through clinical treatment and symptom improvement(modified Kupperman score standard), index of hormones(E2, FSH, LH), the volume of the main table(MENQOL, SAS, SDS, PSQI) score, adverse drug reactions as observation indexes, evaluation of Danggui Liuhuang Decoction safety and effectiveness.Statistical.Results: 64 patiens were included and devided into two group casualy. The treatment group and the control group both had 32 patiens.Patients' average age in the treatment group is 50.16±2.44 years and average course is 27.85±8.04 months. The other group'average age is 49.80±3.10 years and average course is 29.35±7.85 months.before the treatment,there was no statistical significance in the age and the course.Also,the severity of their illness was no statistical significance.After 4 courses,the cure rate of treatment group is 90.63% and control group is 68.75%. The difference were significant. After treatment,Kupperman Menopause Index scores of two groups both had decreased, but the treatment group was lower than control group, The difference were significant. The E2?FSH?LH of two groups were improved, but treatment group' s was more evident than control group' s. Also compared with the experimental index(MENQOL ? SAS ? SDS ?PSQI)between the two groups have been improved remarkly.It can proved the treatment group had more effective than the control group in meliorating symptoms and signs. All patients of the two groups had no adverse reaction and abnormal changes in the index of blood, urina,excrement and liver and kidney function and electrocardiogram,so the clinical research indicated that both of the drugs had better safety.Conclusion: Our research results showed that in treating female menopausal syndrome, the Modified Danggui Liuhuang Decoction can improve the hot flushes and sweating,sleeplessness and anxiety. Also it can improve the hormone index without apparent side effects. It can increase patients' quality of life, comparing with the control group. The study supported the Modified Danggui Liuhuang Decoction withproviding the new way and method in treating female perimenopausal syndrome and it can be widely used in clinic.
