| Research Objective: This paper,which is on the basis of tutor’s research, is aimed to observethe clinical research of the particles for Jianganxiaozhi in treatment of nonalcoholic fattyliver(accompanied with qi stagnancy and blood stasis syndrome) through further clinicalexperiment,.Research Method:80patients with nonalcoholic fatty liver(accompanied with qi stagnancyand blood stasis syndrome) were randomly divided into two groups, each group40people.The control group took orally HeDanPian, and the treatment group took the particles forJianganxiaozhi,a treatment of3months in both group. By the end of the treatment,wecompared the two groups clinical efficacy in treatment syndrome, liver and spleen CT ratio,ultrasonic wave of B-type,liver enzyme and blood lipid to observe the curative effect ofdrugs.Research Result:The particles for Jianganxiaozhi can improve clinical symptoms, liver enzyme, blood fat,ultrasonic wave of B-type,liver and spleen CT ratios, compared before and after treatment(P<0.05), all have statistical significance.The comparison between the particles for Jianganxiaozhi and HeDanPian:(1) Syndrome curative effect: treatment group total effective rate78.4%,and Controlgroup is55.6%, the two is significant (P<0.05), the treatment group in improving syndrome curative effect is better than that in control group;(2) Liver enzyme effect: improve liver enzyme efficiency in both groups, according tocomparison between them was statistically significant (P<0.05), the treatment group inimproving blood lipids total effective rate is better than that in control group;(3) Blood lipid effect: improve blood lipid, efficiency in both groups, all showed the twocomparison has no statistical significance (P>0.05), the treatment group and control grouphas similar clinical efficacy in improving blood lipid, total effective rate in treatment;(4)Ultrasonic of B-type effect: treatment group total effective rate73.0%; Control grouptotal effectiveness50%, the two is significant (P<0.05), the treatment group in improvingultrasonic wave of B-type total effective rate is better than that in control group;(5) Liver and spleen CT ratio effect: treatment group total effective rate37.5%; Controlgroup total effectiveness33.3%, the two is not significant (P>0.05), the treatment group andcontrol group has similar clinical efficacy in improving CT total effective treatment.Treatment group total effective rate81.1%;Control group total effective rate58.3%, thetwo is significant (P<0.05), the treatment group in improving the total effect is better thanthat in control group.Research Conclusion: The particles for Jianganxiaozhi has good clinical effect onnonalcoholic fatty liver disease,is superior to HeDanPian in improveing liver enzymes,ultrasonic wave of B-type and clinical symptoms,and also has similar clinical efficacy withHeDanPian in improving the liver and spleen CT ratio,blood lipids; total effective is betterthan that of HeDanPian. |
