By observing the clinical efficacy and safety of the Yanggan Jieyu particles to the CHBD (Liver Stagnation of fire permits),I want to confirm the TCM has obvious advantages and broad prospects in the treatment of chronic liver disease combined with depression of the fire certificate.Purpose: With the Shugan Jieyu, spleen nourishing for the method, observing the clinical efficacy and safety of the Yanggan Jieyu particles to the CHBD (Liver Stagnation of fire permits) , and to further define its clinical efficacy, and provide scientific basis .To confirm the TCM has obvious advantages and broad prospects in the treatment of chronic liver disease combined with depression of the fire certificate.Method: Choosed 60 patients who is fit for the conditions of CHBD (liver depression-fire certificate) ,and randomly divided them into YJP group of 30 patients and the control group with HBV Yiqi Jieyu particles of 30 patients for 12 weeks. Observe the changes of the patients'TCM Hou, signs, liver function, HMED the results of analysis before and after treatment..Result: The treatment group, the total effective rate was90.00% ,while the control group, the total efficiency of76.67%, after statistical analysis, treatment group was more effective than the control group (P <0.05).Conclusion: YJP can be improve the clinical symptoms and liver function of the patients who have CHBD (Liver Stagnation-fire certificate), and it is an effective treatment to this kind of disease..
