The Clinical Research Of Treating Cardiac Neurosis(Syndrome Of Blockade Of Dampness Due To Qi Stagnation)by Coursing Liver-qi、Resolving Depression And Tranquilizing Mind Method

Objective: Through the analysis of clinical cases,observing the clinical curative effect of coursing liver-qi 、 resolving depression and tranquilizing mind method treating cardiac neurosis.Methods: By using the method of random and controlled trials,after eliminating the loss,using seventy-two patients who were clearly diagnosed with cardiac neurosis treated by cardiology professor li-hong jiang of The First Affiliated Hospital of Changchun University of Traditional Chinese Medicine from April 2014 to October 2015 as experimental subjects,we divided them into 2 groups randomly.The 36 cases in experimental group were given the Chinese medicine of coursing liver-qi、resolving depression and tranquilizing mind method through oral administration.While the other 36 cases in control group were given Xiao Yao powder orally.We took advantage 14 days as one course of treatment and treating 2 course of treatment continuously.After one month follow-up,we observe and collect these patients’ detailed clinical symptoms and HAMA scores change in pretherapy and post-treatment.Then we used the SPSS16.0 software recording the ratings data of every object into database and took advantage of statistical description、t-test methods to evaluate the clinical curative effect of coursing liver-qi、resolving depression and tranquilizing mind method treating cardiac neurosis.Results: There’s no significant difference between the two groups’ patients’ age,sex,course of disease and the comparison between base of liver and kidney function before the treatment.no statistical significance(P > 0.05).Because of no statistical significance(P > 0.05),it’s comparable.Through the comparison of HAMA score between the two groups before taking medication,after the t-test,the result was P=0.535>0.05 which meant that there was no statistical significance and it was comparable.Through the comparison of cardiac neurosis somatization scale sss score,after the chi-square test,the result is P=0.99>0.05 which meant that there was no statistical significance and it was comparable.Through the comparison of traditional Chinese medicine symptom efficacy score between the two groups before taking medication,after the t-test,the result was P=0.425>0.05,which meant that there was no statistical significance and it was comparable.The HAMA scores of the two groups significantly decreased after taking medication.And after the comparison within the group,the result was P= 0.00 < 0.05.Both the intra-group comparison of the two groups was significant.It show that there was statistical significance and medication was significantly better than before treatment.Through the comparison between the two groups after taking medicine,P=0.019<0.05,there was significant differences and it had statistical significance.The treatment group was significantly better than the comparison group;Pass the contrast among groups and within group about the comparison of traditional Chinese medicine symptom efficacy score,P < 0.05.They both had significant differences and statistical significance which show that medication was significantly better than before treatment and the treatment group was significantly better than the control group.Through cardiac neurosis somatization volume table SSS between the two groups after taking medication,the result was P=0.013<0.05 which meant that there was significant differences and it had statistical significance.In summary,the coursing liver-qi、resolving depression and tranquilizing mind method has remarkable clinical curative effect when treating cardiac neurosis(syndrome of blockade of dampness due to qi stagnation).The comparison between before and after medicine and the comparison between the two groups after treatment both show significant difference(P < 0.05),the treatment group’s clinical curative effect is obviously superior than the control group.Conclusion: Using coursing liver-qi、resolving depression and tranquilizing mind method to treat cardiac neurosis can significantly reduce HAMA score、traditional Chinese medicine symptom efficacy score and cardiac neurosis somatization volume table SSS score;Coursing liver-qi、resolving depression and tranquilizing mind method has significant clinical curative effect for cardiac neurosis(syndrome of blockade of dampness due to qi stagnation),the treatment group was significantly better than the control group which meant that this the clinical study is meaningful.
