Clinic Observation On The Treatment Of Depressive Neurosis Of Deficiency Of Heart And Spleen With Acupuncture Method Of Nourishing The Heart To Tranquilizing Mind

Objective: According to the theory of viscera qi and blood in traditional Chinese medicine,to observe the improvement degree of clinical symptoms by using the acupuncture method of nourishing heart and tranquilizing mind to treat depressive neurosis of deficiency of heart and spleen,provide more treatment ideas and more effective treatment options for depression neurosis in clinical practice.Methods: Sixty patients with deficiency of heart and spleen type of depressed neurosis who met the inclusion criteria were divided into the control group(the conventional acupuncture group)and the treatment group(the acupuncture group with the method of " nourishing the heart and tranquilizing the mind")by the method of random number generated by the computer Stata software.There were 30 patients in each group.The control group selected acupoints including Baihui,Yintang,Shenmen,Neiguan,Taichong,Sanyinjiao,Pishu,Zusanli.The treatment group is on the basis of acupoints that the control group selected.And increasing Shenting,Danzhong,Xinshu,Shaohai.Routine acupuncture manipulation was performed in both groups.The injection was kept for 50 minutes in both groups,once a day,a course of 4 weeks,a total of 2 courses of treatment.The differences of clinical efficacy between the two groups were explored through the changes of HAMD score,SDS score,TCM symptom score and clinical efficacy evaluation(based on HAMD reduction rate)before and after treatment.Results:1.The comparison of total score of HAMD and SDS after acupuncture with that before acupuncture showed that both scores were reduced,and the changes was greater in the treatment group,and after statistical analysis,the differences were statistically significant within and between groups(P<0.05).2.The comparison of TCM Symptom Score Scale after acupuncture with that before acupuncture showed that both scores were reduced,and the reduction was greater in the treatment group,Especially in the aspect of TCM single integral of emotional depression,insomnia,forgetfulness,chest tightness,palpitation,dizziness and dizziness,mental fatigue,short of breath,eating less.Statistical analysis It both showed that the differences were statistically significant within and between groups(P<0.05).3.The total effective rate of the treatment group was 90.00%,and the total effective rate of the control group was 80.00%,P=0.019<0.05,the difference was statistically significant.Conclusion:1.Both methods of nourishing the heart and tranquilizing acupuncture and conventional acupuncture can improve the clinical symptoms of patients with depressive neurosis of the deficiency of both heart and spleen,and the acupuncture method of nourishing the heart and tranquilizing the mind can treat depressive neurosis of both heart and spleen deficiency The effect is more obvious.2.The acupuncture treatment of nourishing the heart and calming the nerves is better than conventional acupuncture in improving the patients’ thoughts,chest tightness,palpitations,insomnia and forgetfulness.dizziness,fatigue,shortness of breath,eating less and don’t want to eat.3.The clinical curative effect of acupuncture for the treatment of depressive neurosis with deficiency of both heart and spleen is better than traditional acupuncture,which can be used for reference in clinical practice.
