Shugan Jian Pili Lung Soup Treated Chronic Obstructive Pulmonary Disease Stable Period (Liver Stagnation And Spleend Eficiency,Lung Failure Qing Su) Clinical Observation

Purpose: To observe clinical effect of Shuganjianpili lung soup treated the stable period Chronic obstructive pulmonary disease(liver stagnation and spleen deficiency,lung failure qingsu card),and provide a bit of experience used for chinese medicine preventing and treating the disease.Method:72 patients were randomly divided into treatment group and control group,Each of 36 cases,Two groups were given seretide,on the basis of it,the treatment group used of shugan jianpi li lung soup.a course of 4 weeks,After 4 weeks,to observe changes of indexes of two groups,with clinical symptoms and signs,index of difficulty breathing,SDS scores,6-minute walking Test and Lung Function and analy two groups curative effect.Result:Analyzed by statistical software,The treatment group improved significantly,in the area of clinical symptoms and signs,index of difficulty breathing,SDS scores,6-minute walking Test.there are statistically significant and the control group improved in the part of clinical symptoms and signs,6-minute walking Test.compared bythe two groups,the treatment group is superior to control group.by analysis of curative effect of two groups,treatment group total effectiveness is 83.33% and the control group 72.22%.Conclusion: Seretide combined with shugan jianpi li lung used to treat severe Chronic Obstructive Pulmonary Disease in stable period is superior to seretide.it can better improve the clinical symptoms and the quality of life,then,regulating the liver is feasible in stable stage of III class COPD.
