Self Pinggan Su Lung Treated Class Ⅲ Chronic Obstructive Pulmonary Disease Stabilization Period (Hyperactivity, Lung Yongzhi Card) To Explore The Clinical Efficacy Observed

Purpose: Related to the organs, organs coherent theoretical basis, explore the relevanceof class III with stable COPD and liver, through the application of instructors from theproposed treatment of lung soup Pinggan Su stable COPD (stage III)(hyperactivity, lungYongzhi card) to explore the clinical efficacy observed to verify stable COPD (III grade) fromthe feasibility of the Liver, discusses the treatment group and the control group with stableCOPD (III level, severe)(hyperactivity, lung Yongzhi card) of difference in efficacy.Method: The patients come for treatment of chronic obstructive pulmonary diseasestabilization period (Grade III)(hyperactivity, lung stasis syndrome) were randomly dividedinto a treatment group and a control group of30cases, a total of60cases. By shortness ofbreath, breathlessness and other symptoms, dyspnea index, CAT score, six-minute walk testand assess the situation before and after the changes in lung function, the differencecomparing the efficacy of the treatment and control groups, and ultimately draw objectiveconclusions.Result:Liver and lung soup Su total effective rate was93.3%in the group, the totaleffective medicine group83.3%, there are differences between two groups (P <0.05). Forpatients with lung soup Pinggan Su shortness of breath, breathlessness, emotional irritability,night sweats, dyspnea index and improve symptoms, CAT score improved six-minute walktest is superior to western medicine group, suggesting Pinggan Su lung soup can improve thelevel III COPD symptoms and improve the patient’s quality of life and exercise endurance.Conclusion: Chronic obstructive pulmonary disease stage (III level, severe) correlatedwith liver, from the Liver feasible.
