Acting Shugan Decoction For The Treatment Of Lung Lung Expansion Of Acute Exacerbation Of Chronic Obstructive Pulmonary Disease ( Lung Deficiency And Liver Syndrome Of Stagnation Of Phlegm Intrinsic ) Mechanism And Clinical Research

OBJECTIVE: To investigate the regulation liver and lung treating chronic obstructive pulmonary disease, acute exacerbation period, that lung inflation (phlem sultry Asthenic Lung and Liver depression syndrome) patient.METHODS: Liver depression and phlegm , sultry collection of 60 cases of lung deficiency type of lung inflation were randomly divided into treatment and control groups of the 30 cases. Transfer to the liver and lung treatment group, expectorant for treatment, transfer to the liver and lung soup (basic drugs: Bupleurum, Almond, Tinglizi, Houpo, Gualou, Zhebei, Yujin, Angelica,Baishao, Ballad) Oral;Control group were given Aminophylline tablets and Shedan Chenpi Oral Solution.RESULTS: In the treatment group,the main symptoms, signs,tongue,Tongue, pulse and lung function, blood gas analysis before and after treatment. There were significant or very significant difference (p<0.05,p<0.01). Group from the above comparison shows that the improvement in the treatment group compared with control group.There were significant differences (p<0.05) the total effect analysis, the treatment group, the total efficiency of 86.67%.The total efficiency of 76.67% for the control group, the treatment group was significantly better than the control group (p<0.05).CONCLUSION: Lifeishugan soup can inprove chronic obstructive pulmonary disease, acute exacerbation of clinical symptoms degrees period. Improve lung function can be better, more effective,non-toxic side effects.
