Pulmonary Juanbi Granule In The Treatment Of Chronic Obstructive Pulmonary Disease Subsidy(Yang Deficiency Of Lung And Kidney,Cold And Blood Stasis Syndrome) Clinical Observation

Purpose: To observe Yang fill the lungs in addition to the bi particles in the treatment of COPD stabilization(level III)(lung and kidney deficiency,cold stasis blocking collaterals card)the clinical curative effect,at the same time,compared with western medicine clinical treatment,so as to verify the COPD stabilization(level III)from the possibility of disease differentiation,and combine traditional Chinese and western medicine clinical efficacy for the treatment of COPD stabilization.Method:2014 from the Affiliated Hospital of Changchun University of Medicine-2015 outpatient and hospitalized stable COPD(stage III)were randomly divided into treatment group and control group 36 cases,72 cases.Treatment group yang lungs chubi particles combined with Seretide,the control group with Seretide,by evaluating clinical symptoms before and after,dyspnea index,six-minute walk test and pulmonary function changes,the treatment group and difference in efficacy in the control group,the ultimate draw objective conclusions.Result: Zhuyang Bufei chubi particle Joint Seretide group was 86.11%,Western medicine control group was 72.22%,a significant difference(P <0.05)between two groups statistically,indicating that the treatment group than the control group efficacy.Conclusion:Zhuyang Bufei chubi particles United Seretide are effective in treating chronic obstructive pulmonary disease on a regular basis(grade III),and relatively simple application of Seretide,COPD can be more effectively relieve cough,breathlessness,expectoration,chills and other symptoms,increasing six-minute walk distance,reduce dyspnea,with better clinical outcomes.
