Observation On The Clinical Efficacy Of Integrated Traditional Chinese Medicine In The Treatment Of Chronic Obstructive Pulmonary Disease In Stable Phase

Objective:To observe the clinical effect of comprehensive treatment of chronic obstructive pulmonary disease in stable period,and to seek a new method of TCM treatment for chronic obstructive pulmonary disease in stable period,which provides the basis for expanding clinical application.Methods: Using a multi center,random,parallel controlled clinical trial,210 patients with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease were randomly divided into the treatment group(TCM Comprehensive Treatment)and the control group(Western Medicine).After differentiation,the control group was given conventional treatment with western medicine;the treatment group was treated with traditional Chinese medicine,oral Chinese medicine decoction and acupoint application.The cream was treated for.30 days for 1 courses.After 2 courses of treatment,the clinical curative effect was evaluated.The evaluation method of clinical efficacy was the comprehensive effect of syndrome,TCM syndrome score,lung function,6 minute walking test,dyspnea classification and blood oxygen saturation as evaluation standard.Results: The total effective rate of the treatment group was 90.83%,and that of the control group was 81.19%(P < 0.05).There was no statistical difference between the two groups(P > 0.05).The main syndromes were deficiency of lung qi,deficiency of lung and kidney,deficiency of lung,spleen and kidney,and syndrome of blood stasis and / or phlegm obstruction.Compared with control group,the total score of symptoms and signs after treatment was significantly different between the two groups(P < 0.05).There was significant difference in walking distance between the two groups after treatment(P < 0.05),but there was no significant difference between the two groups before and after treatment with FEV1 / FVC-1(P > 0.05).Conclusion: The two groups are effective for the stable stage of chronic obstructive pulmonary disease.Compared with the western medicine treatment group,the comprehensive treatment of traditional Chinese medicine is more effective and can significantly improve the symptoms and signs of the patients.Although the syndrome types of patients are different,there is no difference in the therapeutic efficacy between the different syndrome types.Both TCM comprehensive treatment and basic western medicine treatment can improve 6 minute walking distance and blood oxygen saturation in dyspnea classification to a certain extent,and TCM comprehensive treatment scheme is obviously superior to western basic treatment in improving the above indexes.Comprehensive treatment of chronic obstructive pulmonary disease is more effective than traditional Chinese medicine in the treatment of stable chronic obstructive pulmonary disease,and the improvement of symptoms,signs and laboratory indexes is better.
