Objective:By observing stable chronic obstructive pulmonary disease patients' changes in acute exacerbation and cold frequency, clinical symptoms and signs, exercise tolerance and pulmonary ventilation function, explore the clinical efficacy of network management combined with Chinese Patent Medicine(CPM)therapy on the basis of western standard treatment. The aim of this study is to investigate the influence of the new management pattern and CPM therapy combined with western standard treatment in stable chronic obstructive pulmonary disease patients. Methods:We selected 90 patients with stable chronic obstructive pulmonary disease and randomly divided into 3 groups. Each group included 30 people. The western medicine group was given western standard treatment. The Chinese and western medicine group was used fixed prescription of CPM therapy combined with western standard treatment. On the basis of the Chinese and western medicine group, the network group was managed mainly through the WeChat platform. All groups were observed for 6 months.Patients were observed of acute exacerbation frequency, eold frequency,CAT scores,mMRC grade,six-minute walking distance, pulmonary ventilation function and compliance.Used the SPSS 22.0 to do the date analysis. Results:CDAcute exacerbation frequency:Comparison with before treatments showed the frequency of acute exacerbation in all groups significantly decreased(P<0.01);inter group comparison after treatments showed the Chinese and western medicine group was lower than the western medicine group(P<0.05)and the network group was significantly lower than the western medicine group(P<0.01).The network group was lower than the Chinese and western medicine group(P<0.05).? Cold frequency:Comparison with before treatments showed the frequency of cold in all groups significantly decreased(P<0.01);inter group comparison after treatments showed the Chinese and western medicine group and the network group were signifieantly lower than the western medicine group(P<0.01).The network group was lower than the Chinese and western medicine group(P<0.05).? CAT score:Comparison with before treatments showed scores of CAT in the western medicine group decreased(P<0.05)and the other two groups significantly decreased(P<0.01);inter group comparison after treatments showed the Chinese and western medicine group and the network group decreased significantly compared with the western medicine group(P<0.01),but the difference was not statistical between the two groups(F>0.05).?mMRC grade:After treatments, there was no significant difference in the western medicine group(P>0.05),but the other two groups significantly decreased(P<0.01);inter group comparison after treatments showed the degree of dyspnea in the Chinese and western medicine group and the network group were lower than the western medicine group after treatments(P<0.05),but the difference was not statistical between the two groups(P>0.0s).?6MWD:After treatments, the change of six-minute walking distance in the western medicine group was no statistieal difference(P>0.05),but the other two groups significantly improved(P<0.01);inter group comparison after treatments showed the six-minute walking distance in the other two groups improved compared with the western medicine group(P<0.05),but the difference was not statistical between the two groups(P>0.05).?Pulmonary ventilation function:Compared with those before the treatment, the FEV1%pred of the western medicine group significantly decreased(P<0.01),but the difference of FEV1/FVC%wasn't statistical(P>0.05);the FEV1%pred and FEV1/FVC%of the Chinese and western medicine group didn,t improve significantly after the treatment(P>0.05),but there was a delayed downward trend;the FEV1%pred and FEV1/FVC%of the network group improved after the treatment(P<0.05);inter group comparison after treatments showed the FEV1%pred and FEVI/FVC%of the Chinese and western medicine group improved compared with the western medicine group(P<0.05).Compared with the western medicine group, the FEV1%pred of the network group improved significantly(P<0.01)and the FEV1/FVC%improved(P<0.05)after treatments. The difference was not statistical between the Chinese and western medicine group and the network group(P>0.05).? Compliance:The percentage values of normalizing the preparation during the time of treatment in all groups were higher than 0.9,but differences were not statistical among three groups(P>0.05).Conclusion:? On the basis of western standard treatment, apply dialectical Chinese patent therapy can reduce the frequency of acute exacerbation and cold, relieve clinical symptoms and signs, increase exercise tolerance and delay pulmonary ventilation function decline.?Application of network management to integrated traditional Chinese and standardize western medicine treatment can further improve clinical symptoms and signs, quality of life and pulmonary ventilation function.?The comprehensive control pattern of network management integrated traditional Chinese and western medicine to stable chronic obstructive pulmonary disease patients is worth of further observation and investigation.
