Research Objective:Reference to the design of clinical trials,GCP.To adopt randomized controlled clinical trials,The research focus to verify the Integrative Medicine program rationality, efficacy and safety of chronic obstructive pulmonary disease (COPD),Verification The Therapy of Combination of Chinese Traditional and Western Medicine clinical efficacy of treatment programs for AECOPD patients,Mainly observed before and after treatment:changes in.①clinical symptoms, signs,type of pulse and tongue condition.②The blood routine test.③lung function.④arterial blood gas analysis.⑤Body mass index (BMI).⑥CATmarking scheme.In order to ensure as far as possible the comprehensive, accurate assessment Furth more, efficacy and safety of combination of Chinese traditional and Western medicine in AECOPD.Research Methods:The research comes into the first people’s Hospital of Chengdu City of199patients who met the AECOPD criteria of hospitalized patients,By randomly cluster sampling method, were randomly divided into the treatment group of99cases,100cases in the control group. Using the control method before and after treatment between the groups, two groups received conventional treatment.Results:After one course of treatment, the treatment group, the control group, the scores of TCM Syndromes of lung function (FEV1%, PEF%), arterial blood gas, respiratory difficulty grading index before and after contrast (P<0.01), there was statistical significance,Comparison between the two groups had significant difference (P<0.01); during the treatment, all patients were seen by taking medicine and adverse reaction, safety evaluation for level1.Conclusion:AECOPD were treated with combination of traditional Chinese and Western medicine standardized treatment programs,Can be significantly reduced in patients with TCM syndrome score, irreversible damage reduced lung function, improve the clinical symptoms, blood gas index, subjective difficulty breathing, speed up the improvement of the disease, it is worth promoting, and has the higher safety and in the treatment of AECOPD.
