Clinical Observation On Self Dysmenorrhea Paste Topical With Oral Medicine For Treatment Of Primary Dysmenorrhea (Hanning Blood Syndrome)

Purpose: clinically,dysmenorrhea as gynecological common disease,has seriously affected the quality of life of the majority of women,increasingly positive attention.In terms of physical condition,degree of dysmenorrhea,dysmenorrhea duration,accompanying symptoms and hinder the work of learning of living,all of the patients physical,psychological injuries are caused by different degrees of dysmenorrhea has become a major factor affecting the life of female patients,study and work.This topic mainly observed Nuangongqiwei oral pill with traditional Chinese medicine acupoint external application of clinical treatment of primary dysmenorrhea(Hanning Blood)of.To provide a basis for further research through clinical practice.From the perspective of clinical practice study demonstrate the efficacy of Chinese medicine external treatment of primary dysmenorrhea good,better in the preferred embodiment,especially intractable dysmenorrhea dysmenorrhea treatment.Method: in this study,a randomized,controlled clinical study was standardized method,select January 2015 to 2013 period from January to six years in Jilin Province,Chinese medicine hospital gynecology outpatient clinic of primary dysmenorrhea(cold coagulation stasis)patients,72 met the inclusion criteria were randomly divided into treatment group and control group,36 cases of oral Nuangongqiwei pills with self-made traditional Chinese medicine acupoint external application for the treatment group.Simple oral Nuangongqiwei pill group.The main symptoms of dysmenorrhea was observed before and after the change in treatment of patients in each group(integration)to prove its efficacy.Periodic follow-up after the end of treatment(one course)to observe and evaluate the clinical efficacy.Result: This topic through randomized,controlled observation principle,to meet the inclusion criteria of 72 cases of primary dysmenorrhea(Hanning stasis type)in patients with clinical observation,the results show: the treatment group were clinically cured 17 cases,accounting for 47.22%;effective10 cases,27.78.56%;effective in 5 cases,accounting for 13.89%;2 cases,accounting for 5.56%;the total effective rate was 94.44%.The control group were clinically cured 10 cases,accounting for 27.78%;11 cases,accounting for33.33%;effective in 7 cases,accounting for 19.44%;8 cases,accounting for22.22%;the total effective rate was 77.78%.Conclusion:Oral Nuangongqiwei pills with self-made traditional Chinese medicine acupoint topical treatment of primary dysmenorrhea(Hanning Blood type)effect is significant,the use of safety,no side effects,Chinese medicine treatment green,worthy of promotion.
