Objective:This study observed the effect of clinical symptoms and uterine arteryblood flow in patients with Hanning Blood type primary dysmenorrhea which weretreated with Wenjingzhuyu decoction Combined with heat treatment by traditionalChinese medicine, according to changes in the symptom score and uterine artery RI,PIvalues to evaluate the clinical efficacy of Wenjingzhuyu decoction Combined withheat treatment by traditional Chinese medicine, and hope to explore an effectivemethod for the treatment of primary dysmenorrhea.Methods:Collected60cases of Hanning Blood type primary dysmenorrhea patientsmet the inclusion criteria from March2013to December2013at Gynecology clinic ofthe First Affiliated Hospital of Henan College of traditional Chinese medicine, andrandomly divided them into two groups: the treatment group and the control group30cases. The treatment group received Wenjingzhuyu Decoction combined with heattreatment by traditional Chinese; control group was given Shaofuzhuyu particlestherapy. Menstrual cycle for a course, three courses of continuous treatment of eachgroup were observed. Observed the change of clinical symptoms and uterine arteryRI,PI values in patients with each group to record changes in symptom scores,assessed the clinical efficacy.Results:Selected60cases,60cases were completed. Effective rate in the treatmentgroup was93.3%, the control group was63.3%. Statistical analysis: the differencesin the analgesic efficacy, syndromes and comprehensive effect of two groups werestatistically significant (P<0.05); After treatment, the difference of TCM syndromescore and uterine artery RI,PI values between two groups was statistically significant(P<0.05), The treatment group can effectively improve Hanning blood stasissyndrome, its efficacy was significantly better than the control group. Conclusion:Wenjingzhuyu decoction Combined with heat treatment by traditionalChinese medicine can effectively improve the clinical symptoms in patients withHanning Blood type primary dysmenorrhea. Reduce the degree of dysmenorrhea,shorten the time of abdominal pain, improve syndromes, increase uterine artery bloodflow and reduce vascular resistance, improve clinical outcomes. |
