External Application Of Chinese Medicine Oral Treatment Of Qi Stagnation And Blood Stasis In Patients With Hyperplasia Of Mammary Glands To Observe The Clinical Curative Effect

Objective: The random case control research of Qi and blood circulation Sanjie breast the packets of external application of Chinese medicine with oral administration of Chaihu Shugan powder pink Siwutang Decoction for the treatment of breast hyperplasia of qi stagnation and blood stasis patients the clinical curative effect, provides the basis for the clinical treatment of patients with breast hyperplasia disease of qi stagnation and blood stasis type.Methods: According to the inclusion criteria and exclusion criteria of 100 patients, both from Xinjiang Medical University the Fourth Affiliated Hospital of breast vascular thyroid surgery by 2015 from January to October period of breast hyperplasia disease clinically diagnosed cases, the Chinese medicine dialectical belongs to qi stagnation and blood stasis type. Using a random number table of 100 patients were divided into two groups. In treatment group and control group, 50 cases in each group, the treatment group given breast and external application of Chinese herbal medicine packet external application on the affected side breast, 2 / on each side, spread for 30 minutes each time, each course of treatment for 10 days, twice a day(morning, afternoon, divide and conquer). At the same time with the oral administration of Chaihu Shugan powder combined with Taohong Siwu Decoction, one dose a day, morning and evening service points, 10 days for a course of treatment, menstrual period discontinuation of therapy. Patients in the control group were given simple oral administration of Chaihu Shugan powder combined with Taohong Siwu Decoction, day 1 agent, morning and evening service points, 10 days for a course of treatment, menstrual period stop treatment; treatment group and the control treatment group during the patients not taking drugs other treatment of hyperplastic disease of breast,do not accept any other physical methods of treatment, two groups were after a course of treatment were compared.Result:Before treatment between the two groups using independent sample t test, the difference between the two groups in age and the condition had no statistical significance(P >0.05), the two groups are comparable; the total efficiency of two groups have differences statistical significance(P<0.05), indicating that the treatment group than the control group; the two groups in the main symptoms of secondary symptoms were statistically significant(P<0.05); the treatment group and control group after treatment group, the treatment group in improving breast pain, breast lumps and chest abdominal distension and menstrual disorder were better than the control group(P<0.05); good in improving depression irritability, insomnia, tongue changes, the efficacy of the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion: Breast the packets of external application of Chinese medicine combined with oral administration of Chaihu Shugan powder combined with Taohong Siwu Decoction Decoction for the treatment of qi stagnation and blood stasis type of hyperplasia of mammary glands is more effective than simple oral medicine group, to alleviate the pain in patients with breast and improve tumor size, texture, scope, menstrual disorders, chest tightness, flank pain and other clinical symptoms significantly.
