Objective: Period pain is common and frequently-occurring diseases, gynaecology menses appear before menstruation or lower quadrant abdominal pain, bilge, waist sour or other serious influence degree of discomfort, work and learners. In order to alleviate the pain, the pain patients to improve their life quality, avoid learning oral medicine treatment, patients with long-term efficacy and side effects such as the subject, the traditional WuZhuYu tonga, HanNing treatment and primary dysmenorrhoea and its clinical observation.Methods: Part of HanNing with clinical and primary dysmenorrhea, WuZhuYu given for a treatment for one menstrual cycle, treatment of three menstrual cycles. Symptoms were observed before and after treatment.Results: The total effective rate before and after treatment was 93.33%, with cure rates of 60.00%, effective rate is23.33% effective rate was 10.00%, clinical symptoms and signs than those before treatment have been greatly improved.Conclusion: the motherland of Chinese medicine treatment of the disease, so patients with clinical symptoms and signs have been greatly improved. Therefore, application of this method in clinical treatment of primary dysmenorrhea should be promoted.
