A Clinical Observation On Huayu Xiaozheng Decoction Combined With External Application In The Treatment Of Dysmenorrhea Of Adenomyosis Of Qi Stagnation And Blood Stasis Type

Objective:This research investigates the effect of Huayu Xiao Zheng decoction combined with packet external application therapy on adenomyosis patients with dysmenorrhea of Qi stagnation and blood stasis from different perspectives,including dysmenorrhea score,TCM syndrome score,serum CA125 level,uterine volume and blood resistance index.By comparing all these scores both before and after treatment,this research aims at providing a new method of conservative treatment for certain patients.Methods:Sixty cases of adenomyosis with dysmenorrhea were randomly divided into observation group and control group,with 30 cases in each group.Observation group were treated with Huayu Xiao Zheng decoction combined with traditional Chinese medicine package external application.Meanwhile,Sanjie Zhentong capsule were applied to control group.During three menstrual cycles,the change of dysmenorrhea,TCM syndrome,CA125 level,uterine volume and RI were recorded before and after treatment.Statistical analysis was conducted to compare the efficacy of the two treatment methods.Result:(1)General situation: there were no significant differences in age,course of the disease,degree of dysmenorrhea,dysmenorrhea score,TCM syndrome score,serum CA125,uterine volume and RI between the two groups(P>0.05).(2)Dysmenorrhea score and curative effect: the effective rate of dysmenorrhea in the observation group was 93.10%;the effective rate of dysmenorrhea in the control group was85.71%,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,dysmenorrhea score and dysmenorrhea degree of the two groups were significantly improved,and the curative effect of the observation group was better than that of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).(3)TCM syndrome score and curative effect: the effective rate of TCM syndrome in the observation group was 89.66%,the effective rate of TCM syndrome in the control group was78.57%,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,the TCM syndrome scores of the two groups were significantly improved,and the curative effect of the observation group was better than that of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.01).(4)Serum CA125: after treatment,the serum CA125 of the two groups decreased compared with that before treatment(P<0.01),and the difference between the two groups was statistically significant(P<0.05),and the effect of the observation group was better.(5)Uterine volume: there was no significant change in uterine volume after treatment in both groups(P>0.05).There was no significant difference between the two groups(P > 0.05).(6)Uterine artery blood resistance index(RI): after treatment,RI of the two groups decreased compared with that before treatment(P<0.01),and the difference between the two groups was statistically significant(P<0.05),and the effect of the observation group was better.Conclusion:Huayu Xiao Zheng decoction combined with an external application can effectively improve the situation of dysmenorrhea and TCM syndrome score of patients with Qi stagnation and blood stasis type of adenomyosis,reducing serum CA125 and RI levels.Comparing with Sanjie Zhentong capsule,this treatment has better curative effect with no adverse reactions in the process of medication,which is worthy of clinical application.
