Objective: By observing the clinical efficacy and safety of the self-made external application of traditional Chinese medicine combined with Tamsulsosin Hydrochloride Capsules(Hale)in the treatment of Yang deficiency syndrome,it is proved that the external application of self-made traditional Chinese medicine combined with western medicine is effective and safe for the treatment of Yang deficiency syndrome. Methods: From the patients admitted to the geriatric department,72 patients who met the standard of admission were selected and randomly divided into two equal number of experimental groups for observation and study.the treatment group was treated with self-made external prescription of traditional Chinese medicine(2 times per day)and harle(1 time per day),while the control group was treated with harle(1 time per day,1 time per day)for 4 weeks.Record, compare and analyze the size of prostate volume before and after treatment, residual urine volume in bladder,International Prostate Symptom Score(I-PSS),Quality of Life Index(QOL),integral of TCM symptom.Changes and differences between the two groups, and recorded adverse reactions to comprehensively evaluate the efficacy and safety of the self-made external application of traditional Chinese medicine combined with Tansoroxine Hydrochloride sustained-release capsule. Results: The age distribution of the patients in the two groups showed that the age of the patients in this study was concentrated around 75 years old,the mean age of the treatment group was(74.19±8.14)years old,and the mean age of the control group was(75.20±5.87)years old.1.compared the difference of age, prostate volume(PV),residual urine volume(RUV),international prostate symptom score(I-PSS),quality of life score(QOL)and TCM symptom score before treatment.after statistical comparison, there was no difference in each judgment index between the two groups, indicating that the two groups could be compared.2.After treatment, the two groups The residual urine volume(RUV)in the bladder was significantly changed(P<0.05),and the difference between the two groups was statistically significant(P>0.05).3.after treatment, there was no difference in prostatevolume(PV)between the two groups and before treatment(P>0.05).the difference between the two groups was not statistically significant(P>0.05).the international prostate symptom score(IPSS)of the two groups after 4.treatment was lower than before treatment(P<0.05).the difference between the two groups was statistically significant(P<0.05).Both groups after 5.treatment and the quality of life scores of the patients decreased(P<0.05),suggesting that the quality of life of the two groups was improved, and the difference between the two groups was statistically significant(P<0.05).According to 6.analysis of clinical efficacy, the effective rate was 8.3% and 6 6.7%.In the control group, the effective rate was 5.6% and 66.7% respectively. As a result,it can be seen that the effective number of the two groups is the same, and after rank sum test comparison and analysis, there is no difference in clinical efficacy between the two groups(P>0.05).7.According to the analysis of curative effect of TCM,the effective rate was 44.4% and 38.9%.Using the control group taking Harle alone, the significant efficiency was 22.2% and the effective rate was 58,3%.After rank sum comparison and analysis, there were differences in TCM efficacy between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion: Both the treatment group and the control group had a good effect in improving the patient's I-PSS?QOL and bladder residual urine volume, but the prostate volume did not change before and after treatment in both groups. The treatment group and the control group have the same degree of clinical efficacy.Compared with the control group, the treatment group had better curative effect of TCM.Therefore, the self-made external application of traditional Chinese medicine combined with Tansoroxine Hydrochloride sustained-release capsule has a certain efficacy and safety in the treatment of Yang deficiency failure syndrome of the kidney. |
