The Clinical Observation On Fenghan Type In Newborn Diarrhea With Wenyangzhixie Tuina

Objective:By comparing the traditional therapy with Wenyangzhixie Tuina and simple intervenetiontal the curative effect of the newborn diarrhea(fenghan type).Evaluation the clinical curative effect of Wenyangzhixie Tuina intervene newborn diarrhea(fenghan type).Verify that the method is effective and safety and formulate practice the Tuina therapy.Methods:In strict accordance with the exclusion standard screening of children.According to the parallel comparison group method,will 62 cases divided into two groups,the control group with 31 cases and the treatment group with 31 cases.Treatment group by Wenyangzhixie Tuina therapy,the control group with microecology.5 days for a period of treatment,compared the clinical efficacy of the two groups after one course of treatment.Results: 1.After treatment for a period of treatment,compared two groups total effective rate.The treatment group total effective rate was 93.54% and the control group total effective rate was 87.09%.The curative effect of treatment group is better than the control group,the difference statistically significant(P < 0.01).2.Through tuina treatment and Control group,beside the anal red,the children' signs and symptoms were obviously improved,curative effect is distinct,with statistical significance(P < 0.05).3.Improvement in the stool frequency,abdominal distension,vomiting,spirit signs and symptoms,the treatment group is better than the control group,with statistical significance(P < 0.01).While in stool,fever and diet,with statistical significance(P < 0.05).while in thirst,urinary and anal red,had no significant difference(P > 0.05).4.No adverse events occurred during the process of experiment.Conclusion: Wenyangzhixie Tuina intervene newborn diarrhea(fenghan type)curative effect,safe and convenient.
