Based on its own situation, in this article, we did a survey on the internal and external environment during restructuring process of F-Hospital of Xi'an with SWOT environmental analysis tools. Through the in-depth understanding of the development environment, we developed a strategy which is in line with our own conditions.Xi'an F-Hospital is a special state-owned enterprises hospital in the system,which was found and operated during a unique historical period. Although it has been self-financing for a long time, it is still under the management of some related enterprise group. Because hospital is not the main business of the enterprise group, it can't get any economic or policy support, and it endures a huge living pressure.Under this pressure, through decades of hard work, the hospital finally win a place in the medical market of Xi'an. Now in order to respond to the call of the national enterprise reform, the hospital belongs to the logistics group, which is undoubtedly a good future. And at the same time, it will also get economic support and policy control. According to the current reform situation and the future of the national health reform policy, the hospital's future development strategy will be hugely different from that of before.We comprehensively analyzed the environment of the hospital and found it is a whole process of a series of comprehensive factors affecting a typical enterprise hospital's development, which has deep significance to be studied. The state has introduced a new round of health care reform program. After the restructuring, the hospital will actively participate in the reform. As a second- level hospital,F-Hospital of Xi'an is responsible in the progress of diagnosis and treatment and takes an important part in the medical system in our country. In order to make great development, running the hospital with unique feature has become inevitable, it is also what we said "specialized" mode. With the progress of the aging society in China, the health care of the elderly patients will become a focus. As a regional enterprise hospital, F-Hospital of Xi'an has nearly 500000 people living around.Based on the original advantages, In the future the hospital will actively improve the treatment conditions for patients and its own medical service ability to further enhance the influence of the hospital in the region and the province. This is the hospital's road to revitalization in such a complex situation. The strategic transformation process of F-Hospital of Xi'an after restructuring is worth to take as a typical study of modern enterprise hospital's revitalization and development.
