Evaluation Of Therapeutic Effect Of Electroacupuncture Combined With Functional Exercise On Postoperative Rehabilitation Of Patients With Knee Arthroscopy

Objective: Based on randomized controlled study of experimental design ideas and methods, study of postoperative rehabilitation efficacy for patients with osteoarthritis of the knee arthroscopy and preliminary study the effect of electroacupuncture(EA) on cooperated with the application of knee joint function exercise on postoperative rehabilitation effect of patients with arthritis of the knee arthroscopy, the observation group(without any treatment) were comprehensively compared, clear after the patients with osteoarthritis of the knee arthroscopy continue to the necessity of treatment and rehabilitation, by means of rehabilitation to restore the significance of joint function and clinical application of acupuncture combined with functional exercise in the treatment of knee osteoarthritis after arthroscopic operation joint dysfunction provide theoretical basis and practical guidance.Methods: of June 2015 to December 2015 from Hubei Province Shiyan Taihe Hospital of orthopedics and orthopedic rehabilitation center in 120 cases of knee osteoarthritis after arthroscopic surgery patients by randomized controlled study to test, will meet the inclusion criteria of the subjects were randomly divided into experimental group(electro acupuncture combined with functional exercise) and control group(without any treatment) in the two groups, patients in each group were 60 cases. Two groups of subjects underwent conventional symptomatic treatment in an arthroscopic surgery. Experimental group patients after third days and electro acupuncture combined with functional exercise of knee joint, the control group did not receive any treatment. Two groups of subjects were respectively after arthroscopy for treatment and rehabilitation after 2 and 4 weeks were followed up before and after the treatment of joint swelling degree measuring and judging, VAS score, Rom measurement, Lysholm score and JOA and record related data, and for the research on Evaluation of effectiveness and safety for diagnosis and treatment results were statistically analyzed, and relevant conclusions are drawn.Results:(1) the degree of knee joint swelling results, as the experimental group and the control group, in the course of treatment, two groups of patients with knee joint swelling degree are compared with the previous receded, moving smooth curve shows slow downward trend. Treatment 2 weeks after data analysis, found that the experimental group and the control group data difference between the two groups by t-test with statistical significance(P < 0.05); two groups of data within group differences have statistical significance(P < 0.05). 4 weeks after arthroscopic surgery, two sets of data between groups of difference after unification plan calculation without significant difference(P < 0.01). Intra group comparisons were statistically significant by t test.(2) the results of VAS, after 2 weeks of treatment, the difference between the two sets of data groups, there were statistically significant differences between groups(P < 0.05); after 4 weeks of treatment, there was significant difference between the two groups(P < 0.01).(3) score results, two groups of joint activities with the treatment, are showing a rising trend. Treatment after 2 weeks, the difference between the two groups of data sets through statistical calculation(P < 0.01) was not statistically significant, difference within a data set has statistical significance; after 4 weeks of treatment, the difference between the two groups of data group had significant difference (P < 0.01).(4) the Lysholm score of the knee joint, two groups of knee Lysholm score with the treatment, all showed a continuous upward trend. Treatment after 2 weeks, data differences between these groups do not have statistical significance(P < 0.05), the differences within groups has statistically significant; after 4 weeks, between group differences between the two groups of data group, group differences after t-test calculated P values(P < 0.05) were statistically significant.(5) JOA determination results, after t test, the two groups after treatment, the treatment effect criterion(JOA) value is increased compared with before treatment, and after treatment, the two groups have obvious statistical difference(P < 0.05). Suggesting in the treatment of knee arthroscopy articular dysfunction has certain curative effect in the treatment group and the control group, treatment group and control group in the group compared by t test, the difference is statistically significant difference(P < 0.05) that Electroacupuncture plus functional exercise group in increasing the overall curative effect is obviously better than the ordinary acupuncture group.Conclusion: through experiment and data analysis, compared with the control group, electroacupuncture combined with functional exercise of knee joint for improvement after knee arthroscopy patients with knee joint swelling degree, knee pain and improve knee Lysholm score than the control group(no treatment), good curative effect, and with the time prolonged, the symptoms improved steadily and continuously; at postoperative 4 weeks, patients with knee joint swelling disappeared, data suggest that the experimental group and the control group no significant difference in the curative effect; and in improving knee joint activity degree with electroacupuncture combined functional exercise has certain curative effect.
