Clinical Effect Of Arthroscopy Combined With Bushenhuoxue Prescription In The Treatment Of Patelomalacia

Objective:To investigate the efficacy and safety of arthroscopy combined with self-designed tonic kidney and blood circulation prescription in the treatment of patelomalacia,and to provide guidance for the clinical treatment of patelomalacia.Methods:A total of 40 patients with patella-malacia who were hospitalized in the department of joint exercise,ruikang hospital affiliated to guangxi university of traditional Chinese medicine from March 2018 to June 2019 and met the inclusion criteria were randomly divided into treatment group(20 cases)and control group(20 cases).In the treatment group,knee arthroscopy combined with tonifying kidney and promoting blood circulation prescription was used for 14 consecutive days on the first day after surgery.The control group was treated with celecoxib capsules.VAS score and Lysholm score were observed at two time points,7 days after surgery and 14 days after surgery,respectively.The data obtained were processed by SPSS21.0 statistical software,and the functional evaluation and overall efficacy of the two groups of patientswere evaluated.Results:The wound healed well and the stitches were removed on time.No obvious discomfort or adverse reactions occurred in the two groups of patients after taking the medicine,and no obvious postoperative complications were observed.The results of blood,urine,liver and kidney function and electrocardiogram of the patients after treatment showed no obvious abnormal changes compared with the results before treatment.The results of statistical analysis are as follows:1.The age,gender,location of disease and time of disease of the two groups were statistically analyzed,and the difference was not statistically significant,indicating comparability.2.Statistical analysis of preoperative VAS score and Lysholm score of patients in the two groups,P>0.05,no statistically significant difference,comparable:3.VAS scores of the two groups were statistically analyzed7 days after surgery and 14 days after surgery.The treatment group was superior to the control group,and P<0.05 showed statistically significant differences.4.Lysholm score on the 7th and 14 th day after the operation of the two groups was statistically analyzed,and the treatment group was superior to the control group,and P<0.05 showed statistically significant differences,suggesting that the improvement of knee joint function in the treatment group was superior to the control group.5.Comparison of overall effective rate: 6 months of follow-up after treatment,the total effective rate of the treatment group was 97.06%,and that of the control group was 93.94%.Conclusion:Arthroscopy combined kidney invigorate the party or oral celecoxib capsules can effective treatment of patella softening,after arthroscopic surgery of oral kidney invigorate the circulation of the function recovery of patients with symptoms of pain,the recent effect is better than that of patients with postoperative oral celecoxib capsules,two groups of patients with no obvious adverse reaction occurred and side effects,so the arthroscopy combined kidney invigorate the circulation of the add and subtract treatment of patella softening with high efficient,security is good,is worth popularizing further research and clinical application.
