After the trial began, the control group and the treatment group were treated with electroacupuncture, selecting acupoint include EX-LE4, ST35, ST34, ST36, SP10, GB34, SP9, and Ashi points, selecting diseased knee acupoint. Inserted the needle as conmon, choosing the three groups needle connected with electric acupuncture to the machine, using of dilatational wave, and the frequency of dilatational wave was about 60 times/min, each treatment for 30 minutes, once a day, a week up to 3 times, Treating for four weeks. The treatment group doing some knee joint functional exercises Beside the electro-acupunctur therapy, and instructing patientst to do a once a day,6 times a week. Before and after the treatment, Evaluating of curative effect with WOMAC and VAS.ResultsIn general conditions And the Evaluation score before treatment, there was no significant difference between the two groups of patients. The two groups were compared after 4 weeks of treatment, in aspect of WOMAC and VAS score and the total efficacy, three indicator were significantly improved, which treatment group (electro acupuncture combine functional exercise group) improved more obvious.ConclusionThis study shows that the treatment group and control group can improve the degenerative knee arthritis pain and WOMAC osteoarthritis index;Compared with the pure use electro-acupunctur therapy, electro-acupunctur combined with functional exercise treatment knee joint osseous arthritis curative effect is better.
