Clinical Research Of Tongdu Spine Surgery In The Treatment Of Lumbar Disc Herniation

Objective: By comparing Tongdu Spine Surgery and Lumbar traction treatment in pain score(VAS)in patients with Lumbar disc herniation,lumbocrural pain disease treatment performance score(JOA),the Angle of scoliosis COBB value differences,and evaluation of efficacy and safety of two kinds of therapy in the treatment of the disease,it is concluded that the effect of the Tongdu Spine Surgery is better,so as to provide a new effective and safe treatment plan for conservative treatment of Lumbar disc herniation.Methods: The 64 patients with Lumbar intervertebral disc herniation who were treated in the outpatient department of massage(Shanxi traditional Chinese medicine hospital)were randomly divided into two groups: the treatment group(Tongdu Spine Surgery)and the control group(Lumbar traction),32 cases in each group.The treatment group and control group were 1 every other day,a treatment for 10 times,a total of a course of treatment.The pain visual analogue scale(VAS),disease treatment of low back pain score scale(JOA)and imaging evaluation index(COBB value)was observed,processed and analyzed the data using statistical software SPSS17.0,to compare the clinical efficacy of the two treatments.Results:1.VAS score: after treatment,through statistical analysis,P<0.01,VAS scores were compared between the groups are different,Tongdu Spine Surgery is better than Lumbar traction;comparison of two groups were group VAS score before and after treatment,through statistical analysis,P<0.01,that can be two kinds of treatment methods reduce the patient's pain.2.JOA score: after treatment,through statistical analysis,P<0.01,JOA scores between the two groups there are differences,the results showed that the effect of Tongdu Spine Surgery was better than that of Lumbar traction;two groups were compared in the group JOA score before and after treatment,through statistical analysis,P<0.01,the results showed that the clinical symptoms and signs of the patients could be improved by the application of the Tongdu Spine Surgery and Lumbar traction.3.COBB score: after treatment,through statistical analysis,P<0.01,the two groups in the improvement of COBB values are different,and the Tongdu Spine Surgery was superior to lumbar traction;before and after treatment,the two groups were compared with the COBB value,through statistical analysis,P<0.01,indicating that Tongdu Spine Surgery and Lumbar traction can improve the degree of deviation of the spinous process.4.VAS score: after initial treatment,through statistical analysis,P<0.01,VAS scores were compared between the groups are different,the results showed the immediate analgesic effect of Tongdu Spine Surgery is faster than that of Lumbar traction;comparison of two groups respectively in group VAS score before treatment and after initial treatment,through statistical analysis,P<0.01,the results showed two kinds of treatment methods can quickly relieve pain.5.Overall efficacy: Comparison of therapeutic effects of Tongdu Spine Surgery and Lumbar traction,the total effective rate of treatment group was 96.9%,control group total effective rate was 84.4%,by statistical analysis,P<0.05,shows the difference in the overall effect of the two groups,and the effect of the treatment of the Tongdu Spine Surgery is better than that of Lumbar traction.Conclusion:1.There is a obvious clinical curative effect in the treatment of Lumbar disc herniation through the treatment of the Tongdu Spine Surgery and Lumbar traction,which can improve the degree of pain,clinical symptoms,physical signs and the degree of deviation of lumbar spinous process.2.Compared with the Lumbar traction,Tongdu Spine Surgery is more effective in improving the degree of pain,clinical symptoms,signs and the degree of distortion of lumbar spinous process.
