Clinical Observation Of Wenshen Tongdu Decoction Modified Granule In The Treatment Of Lumbar Intervertebral Disc Herniation Of Cold-Dampness Obstruction Type

Objective: To observe the clinical effect of Wenshen Tongdu Decoction Modified Granules on lumbar intervertebral disc herniation of cold-dampness obstruction type,and to explore its effectiveness in treating lumbar intervertebral disc herniation of cold-dampness obstruction type.Methods: Selecting the patients diagnosed as lumbar disc herniation in the orthopedics and traumatology clinic of the First Affiliated Hospital of Anhui University of Traditional Chinese Medicine for strict screening,60 patients who met the diagnostic criteria of this trial were included.According to the random number table method,the patients were divided into two groups,each group had 30 patients.The observation group took Wenshen Tongdu Decoction Modified Granules with warm water,one dose a day,morning and evening;the patients in the control group were treated with Jinwu Gutong capsule orally,three capsules each time,three times a day.Before taking medicine,the basic data,VAS score and JOA score of the two groups were statistically analyzed,and the differences were excluded.Both groups took medicine for 2 weeks.Two weeks later,we observed and counted the scores of observation indicators and the overall clinical efficacy of the two groups before and after treatment,and made statistical analysis,and then compared and studied.Results: 1.Before treatment,the basic data of age and course of disease of the two groups were compared after statistical analysis,and the results were not different(P>0.05),which was comparable.2.Visual analogue score(VAS)comparison: two groups of patients before treatment VAS score,after statistical analysis,there is no difference(P>0.05),there is comparability;after two weeks of treatment,VAS pain scores were compared between the two groups;statistical analysis showed that P<0.01,suggesting that the VAS scores of the two groups after treatment were lower than before;after treatment,the VAS scores of the observation group were compared with those of the control group;after independent sample t-test analysis,the results showed that P<0.05,suggesting that there were differences in pain improvement between the two groups after treatment,and the curative effect of the observation group was more accurate.3.JOA score comparison:There was no statistical difference between the two groups before treatment(P>0.05);after treatment,the JOA scores of the two groups were compared P<0.01,suggesting that the pain symptoms of the two groups were improved;after treatment,the JOA score of the observation group was compared with that of the control group;the independent sample t-test showed that there was a difference between the two groups in the scores after treatment;the related functional state of the observation group was better than that of the control group.4.Overall efficacy evaluation:In the oral Wenshen Tongdu Decoction Modified Granules group,10 people were cured,14 were effective,4 were effective and 2 were ineffective,the total effective rate was 93.33%.Among the patients taking Jinwu Gutong Capsule orally,5 were cured,10 were effective,8 were effective and 7 were ineffective,the total effective rate was 76.7%,the total effective rate of the two groups was P<0.05,the clinical effect of the observation group was better than that of the control group.Conclusion: Wenshen Tongdu Decoction Modified Granules and Jinwu Gutong Capsules can improve the back pain and dysfunction of patients with lumbar intervertebral disc herniation(cold-dampness obstruction type),thus improving the quality of life of patients,the overall effect is definite,and the effect of Wenshen Tongdu Decoction Modified Granule is more remarkable.In the course of treatment,no adverse reactions were found,and the safety was good,it had good clinical effect and application prospect for conservative treatment patients,it was worthy of clinical promotion and further exploration.
