| ObjectObserve the effect of Runchangtongbian prescription and proprietary Chinese medicine ziyin runchang oral liquid on Intestinal dryness due to yin deficiency of chronic functional constipation(CFC).And their clinical efficacy and safety were evaluated at the time. Analysis Runchang tongbian prescription's prescription basis, formula composing trait formula and related modern pharmacological research.Then explore the mechanism of Runchangtongbian prescription treating TCF from both clinical practice and theory research.So as to provide valuable reference for TCM treating CFC.Method1 All of the 80 patients were selected from the digestive internal medicine clinic of Chinese medicine hospital in hubei province,which dated from 2013 March to 2015 October. All cases were in line with CFC's western medicine diagnostic criteria of "Rome III criteria" and TCM syndrome differentiation of intestinal dryness due to yin deficiency type. All cases were randomly divided into treatment group and control group according to the visiting sequence. There were no significant difference in sex, age, the course of disease, the severity of disease,single TCM symptoms score and the total TCM symptoms score before treatment.2 Runchangtongbian prescription were given to treatment group patients,which were composed with radix rehmanniae, radix ophiopogonis, radix asparagi, radix scrophulariae, army, bunge cherry seed, fire maren, jade bamboo, fleece-flower root,desertliving cistanche, poria cocos, peach kernel, caulis dendrobii and main licorice. The herbs were Boild with water till only 300 ml and patients were told to take one dose a day and drink half in each morning and evening. Patients in the control group were treated with 10 ml Yin Runchang oral liquid by oral in each morning and evening. 7 days were a course of treatment. At the end of each course,a return visit was made to the patients during a month of continuous treatment. Evaluating the result after a month follow-up visit.All cases should have security check-ups before and after treatment, which including blood, urine, stool routine +OB examination,electrocardiogram(ECG), fasting blood glucose, liver function and kidney function examination. Observe all patient's symptoms and signs before and after treatment,so as to analyze their clinical efficacy.3 SPSS19.0 statistical software was use to analysis the two groups patients' single TCM symptoms score, total TCM symptoms score before and after treatment as well as comprehensive therapeutic effect and relapse rate.Results1 The result of comprehensive therapeutic effect after treatment.There are 40 cases in the treatment group.Among them,8 cases is cured, while 17 cases having evident clinic efficacy, 13 cases having clinic efficacy and 2 cases being ineffective.And its total effective rate is 90%. There are 40 cases in control group.Among them,3 cases are cured, while 11 cases having evident clinic efficacy, 17 cases having clinic efficacy and 2 cases being ineffective.And the total effective rate is 77.5%. The results of the two groups are analyzed by Ridit analysis,the comprehensive therapeutic effect of treatment group is obviously superior to the control group(P<0.01).2 The result of total TCM symptoms score after treatment. Before treatment compared to after treatment, there are significantly different in both treatment group and control group(P<0.05),which testified that both of the two treatment methods could improve patients' clinical symptoms.After treatment, compared to control group,the treatment group patients' total TCM symptoms score was significantly lower, which testified that the clinical curative effect of Runchangtongbian prescription is better.3 The result of single TCM symptoms score after treatment.Compared to control group drug,in terms of symptoms like dry stool,defecation interval time,defecation time and hectic fever night sweat, the clinical therapeutic efficacy of treatment group drug are significantly better(P<0.01).In terms of symptoms like tianjin less dry mouth, waist and knees and upset little sleep soundly, the clinical therapeutic efficacy of treatment group drug are better.As to tinnitus and dizziness symptoms, there is no statistical significance between them(P>0.05).4 The result of relapse rate.After one month of follow-up,among the 3 patients in treatment group whose symptoms having been improved, there are 3 patients relapse;Among the 31 patients in control group whose symptoms having been improved,there are 9patients relapse. The results of the two groups are analyzed by Chi-square Test, the relapse rate of treatment group is obviously lower than that of control group(P<0.01).ConclusionRunchangtongbian prescription could reduce the extent of patients' dry stool,shorten their interval time of defecation and the time of defecation(Those patients have been diagnosed as CFC and possessing TCM syndrome differentiation of intestinal dryness due to yin deficiency).And it also could effectively improve their secondary symptom like tianjin less dry mouth, waist and knees and upset little sleep soundly.What's more,This prescription has positive effects on decreasing those patients' total TCM symptoms score and relapse rate and present a significantly comprehensive therapeutic effect.In a word,it is worthy of our further study and clinical application. |
