Clinical Observation On The Treatme Of Functional Constipation(Yin Dfficiicncy Type) With Asaziren Pill

Objective:This subject mainly corresponds to the patients with Yin deficiency type functional constipation,and discusses the role and efficacy of asaziren pills in the treatment of functional constipation(Yin deficiency type),and objectively evaluates its effectiveness and safety,so as to provide clinical treatment basis and reference for the treatment of functional constipation(Yin deficiency type)with traditional Chinese medicine.Methods:Will gather in hospital of jilin province(changchun university hospital of traditional Chinese medicine),68 cases of anorectal center Yin deficiency type constipation patients,in the treatment group and control group randomly assigned to treatment group(34 cases give pitted ren bolus introduce a new green pellet oral,34 cases were treated to add new green pellet oral liquid soup,the experimental group and control group in 4 days,for a course,every 4 days observation record the change of the patients with primary symptom,time,four after the treatment,comparison of two groups of patients with TCM syndrome integral,total effective rate of treatment,and 1 month after discontinuation of relapse,adverse reaction and safety.Results:Through this topic,we pitted ren bolus add and subtract in the treatment of functional constipation(Yin)are studied,and Yin deficiency type constipation in patients with clinically as the research object,using the randomized controlled experiment method is divided into the treatment group(called benevolence bolus add new green pellet oral)and control group(add new green pellet oral liquid soup),four courses of treatment showed that shit character comparison after treatment in both groups(p=0.006;Comparison of defecation time between the two groups after treatment p=0.000;P=0.001.P=0.001.After treatment,the insomnia of the two groups was compared with p=0.012,both of which had significant significance,indicating that the effect of adding or subtracting new green granules in the oral administration of asaziren pills was better than that of the treatment group in improving the stool character,defecation time,defecation difficulty and insomnia.However,the score of night sweats after treatment in the two groups was compared with p=0.065,indicating that the efficacy of drugs in the treatment of night sweats in the two groups was equal.The total effective rate was 91.9%in the treatment group and 79.4%in the control group.The comparison of the total score of main symptoms between the two groups after treatment showed that p=0.012(p<0.05),indicating that the drugs in both groups were effective in improving constipation symptoms.The recurrence rate of the control group was also higher than that of the treatment group,indicating that asaziren pill plus or without new green granules can effectively control the recurrence rate on the basis of improving constipation symptoms,which is worthy of further study and application.No adverse events occurred during the treatment in either group.After the overall observation comparison shows that pitted ren bolus introduce a new green particles to improve the Yin deficiency type constipation defecate difficulty,dung qualitative hard,the symptom such as insomnia has significant curative effect,no adverse reaction,give full play to the advantages of TCM syndrome differentiation and the overall concept,from the characteristics of disease and the patient's own conditions,they intend,symptomatic treatment,achieved significant treatment effect.Conclusion:Asaziren pill plus or minus new green granule has a significant effect on improving the defecation difficulty of Yin deficiency constipation,the dry and hard fecal matter,night sweats and other symptoms without any adverse reactions,which is worthy of further research and application.
