With the development of economy in our country, the medical health needs diversification. Around how to meet the needs of health services, improve the quality of medical services, improve patient satisfaction, and expand the medical service market has become the core and focus of the current hospital competition, therefore the focus of this article is to through the establishment of patient satisfaction impact factor theory model, use the empirical analysis to study the main factors to affect patient satisfaction, which provide some of the proposed measures for the Da Hua hospital.Firstly, on the basis of the medical service, customer satisfaction and other related theoretical studies, find relevant factors affecting patient satisfaction; Then, on the basis of theoretical analysis, build a theoretical model of patient satisfaction influencing factors and proposed hypothesis; Finally, through questionnaires to collect data on the Da Hua Hospital patient satisfaction, and then use SPSS22.0 and LISREL9.20 statistical software to analyze the collected questionnaire data.The structural equation model of Dahua hospital patient satisfaction influencing factors was analyzed. It is found that:(1)The patient's right to know has the greatest influence on the patient's satisfaction, and the second is the level of the medical staff, the results of treatment and the hospital environment; (2)Patients' gender, age, education level and income level had little influence on the patients' satisfaction; Survey also showed that the medical services of Dahua hospital have some question, for example:daily checklist is not timely, medical service is not considerate, environment is not ideal, etc. Because convenience service is not well-suited, the communication is not harmonious and technical personnel are insufficient. According to the survey results, it is suggested that the hospital need to improve the service from the aspects of promoting the right to know, optimize the environment of medical treatment and improve the level of medical technology.
