In the report of the 19 th National Congress of the Communist Party of China,"socialism with Chinese characteristics has entered a new era." "The main contradictions in China's society have been transformed into contradictions between the people's growing needs for a better life and the development of inadequate imbalances." The basic food and clothing problem has been solved, and the healthy China strategy has reached a new height. While seeing the achievements, the historical changes in the contradictory theory of the new era have put forward new and higher requirements for the reform and development of health and health. With the continuous development of the rural economy, the rural residents' demands for the quality of rural primary medical services are also constantly improving.Rural residents will not only pay attention to the treatment results when they visit, but also consider doctors' attitudes toward patients, cost expenses, and inspections. In terms of the advanced nature of equipment, these factors will also have an important impact on the satisfaction of rural primary medical services.Any shortcomings in any aspect will affect the improvement of rural primary medical service satisfaction to a certain extent,so how to improve the grassroots level in rural areas. The quality of medical service has become the focus of many experts and scholars. The satisfaction of rural primary medical service is an important indicator to measure the quality of rural primary medical services. It reflects the attitude of rural residents to primary medical services, and it can also reflect the current rural residents to a large extent. The medical needs can identify the influencing factors that affect the satisfaction of rural primary health care services, and adopt a targeted improvement strategy.Based on the summary of literature review and related theories, this paper first constructs rural primary care from seven variables: “expected quality hardware, expected quality software, perceived quality hardware, perceived quality software, satisfaction, customer complaints, customer trust”.The theoretical model of service satisfaction, and further analysis of the impact relationship between the variables in the model and the impact on satisfaction. Then, based on the theoretical model, the structural equation model of rural grassroots medical service satisfaction measure is constructed.Establish an indicator system and propose research hypotheses. Finally, the questionnaire design was completed on the basis of the indicator system, followed by pre-study,and then the initial model of the structural equation was adjusted to form the final indicator system and questionnaire.Finally,350 valid questionnaire data were obtained through formal investigation, followed by data.An empirical analysis is performed to validate the research hypotheses and to determine how the different variables affect satisfaction and the extent of impact. The study found that the satisfaction of rural medical service is low,the satisfaction is mainly affected by the expected quality hardware, the expected quality software, and the perceived quality hardware, while the perceived quality software has no significant impact on the satisfaction;the expected quality hardware is significant to the perceived quality hardware.Negative correlation;expected quality hardware has a significant negative correlation with final satisfaction;perceived quality hardware is significantly positively correlated with satisfaction;expectation quality software is significantly negatively correlated with perceived quality software;expectation quality software is significantly negatively correlated with final satisfaction; The impact of perceived quality software on satisfaction was not significant;overall satisfaction was significantly positively correlated with patient trust;overall satisfaction was significantly negatively correlated with patient complaints. Finally, based on the above research conclusions, the strategy of improving the satisfaction of rural primary medical services is derived from the expected quality hardware, expected quality software, perceived quality hardware, and perceived quality software.
